A sealed battery with a battery case that includes a bottomed cylindrical outer can and an opening-sealing body that closes an opening section of the outer can; and an electrode body that is accommodated inside the battery case. The opening-sealing body includes a metal plate, and the metal plate includes a protruding section that bulges toward the outside of the battery cast, and a flange section that is formed on the circumference of the protruding section. The protruding section includes an inclination section that inclines inward from the radial outside of the opening sealing body so as to be progressively separated from the electrode body, wherein a thin wall section, which has a thickness less than portions other than the inclination section and is preferably broken when the inner pressure of the battery case exceeds a predetermined threshold, is formed in at least a portion of the inclination section.

Sealed battery

A sealed battery including a battery case that includes a cylindrical exterior can having a bottom and an opening sealing body that closes an opening of the outer can; a gasket that is arranged between the exterior can and the opening sealing body; and an electrode body. The opening sealing body includes: a metal plate with an annular part to which an electrode lead is electrically connected, and a disconnecting part that is separated from the annular part when the inner pressure of the battery case exceeds a predetermined threshold; a valve body that is arranged further to the outside of the battery case than the metal plate; and an insulating plate that is arranged between the metal plate and the valve body. The insulating plate or the gasket is provided with an elastic deformation part that deforms in the direction of the valve body.

A wound-type battery includes a wound electrode group having a first electrode and a second electrode with polarity opposite to the first electrode, an electrolyte, a battery case, a sealing plate that seals an opening of the battery case, an insulating plate that is disposed between the electrode group and the sealing plate and that has a hole, and a first tab that passes through the hole to electrically connect the first electrode and the sealing plate to each other. At least a part of a region of the first tab that extends through the hole to a sealing plate side is covered with a tab tape on a side facing the insulating plate. The tab tape includes at least a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer on a side opposite the first adhesive layer and is in contact with the first tab through the first adhesive layer.

Wound-type battery

A sealed battery, which is an exemplary embodiment, comprises a battery case including a bottomed cylindrical outer can and a sealing body that closes an opening of the outer can, a gasket disposed between the outer can and the sealing body, and an electrode body including an electrode and housed in the battery case. The sealing body includes a metal plate, and the metal plate has a thin portion formed in an annular shape, a valve portion having a convex shape inside the battery case, and an annular portion to which the electrode lead is connected. The gasket is provided with an elastically deformable portion that abuts against the inner surface of the valve portion and urges the valve portion to the outside of the battery case.

A battery according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a positive electrode tab electrically connected to the positive electrode; a negative electrode tab electrically connected to the negative electrode; a positive electrode tab tape covering the positive electrode tab: and a negative electrode tab tape covering the negative electrode tab. In the battery described above, at least one tab tape of the positive electrode tab tape and the negative electrode tab tape has a multilayer structure in which an adhesive layer and a substrate layer primarily formed from an organic material are laminated in this order from an electrode tab side, and the adhesive layer contains an adhesive material and a reactive material which generates an endothermic reaction at a temperature lower than a heat resistance temperature of the organic material.

A metal case has a cylindrical body section, an opening section at one end of the body section, the opening section having an opening, and a bottom section closing the other end of the body section. At least one of the body section and the opening section has a protrusion sticking outward in the direction of the radius of the body section.

A battery can has a cylindrical body section, an opening section at one end of the body section, and a bottom section closing the other end of the body section. An annularly grooved portion is formed by constriction near the open end of the opening section. The annularly grooved portion has an upper-groove section as the section closer to the open end than the narrowest section, which is positioned farthest inside, of the grooved portion, and also has a lower-groove section as the section closer to the bottom section than the narrowest section. A projector device of the present disclosure includes a luminous tube made of quartz glass, a concave reflecting mirror in which the luminous tube is disposed, and an optical unit for projecting an image by utilizing light emitted from the concave reflecting mirror. The luminous tube has a luminous part, in which at least mercury is enclosed inside and a pair of electrodes is disposed so as to face each other, and a pair of sealing parts extending from the luminous part in opposite directions to each other. The luminous tube is disposed so as to direct the pair of electrodes in a vertical direction. A region of the image projected from the optical unit is a horizontally long rectangle.
