An endoscope apparatus measures a subject using a pattern projection image of the subject on which a light and dark pattern of light is projected. The endoscope apparatus includes an insertion tube having a central axis, an image sensor, an objective optical system configured to form an image of the subject on the image sensor, an illumination light source, a pattern projector configured to project the light and dark pattern onto the subject, a projection window for the pattern projector, and an observation window for the objective optical system. The objective optical system has a prism configured to direct light incident through the observation window to a direction toward the image sensor, and the objective optical system is disposed such that an optical axis of the light directed by the prism and incident on the image sensor is offset relative to the central axis of the insertion tube.

Endoscope apparatus and measuring method

An endoscope apparatus includes an imaging element, a video signal generating circuit, an illuminator, and one or more controllers. An imaging area in which a plurality of pixels are disposed includes a scanning area. In a case in which a first operation mode is set, the one or more controllers control the imaging element such that at least parts of the exposure periods of the pixels disposed in at least a part of the scanning area overlap each other. In a case in which a second operation mode is set, the one or more controllers control the illuminator such that the light source is turned on in a period in which at least parts of the exposure periods of the pixels disposed in at least a part of the scanning area overlap each other.

An endoscope configured to measure a specimen using a stripe image formed by projecting a light-dark pattern on the specimen, the endoscope including an insertion portion having an elongated shape; an imaging unit provided at a distal portion of the insertion portion and configured to acquire an image of the specimen; a lighting unit configured to illuminate an observation field of view of the imaging unit; and a pattern projector which emits projection light configured to project the light-dark pattern to the specimen and project the light-dark pattern on the specimen. The imaging unit includes an image sensor configured to image the image of the specimen; and an objective optical system configured to form the image of the specimen on the image sensor. The pattern projector includes a pattern generator configured to generate the light-dark pattern; and a projection optical system provided at the distal portion of the insertion portion and configured to emit the projection light to the specimen via the light-dark pattern. A radiation angle of the projection light in the projection optical system is smaller than an angle of view of the objective optical system. The objective optical system is in focus at farther point side than a minimum object distance which is a minimum value of an object distance at which the entire projected light-dark pattern enters an imaging field of view of the image sensor.

Endoscope

An endoscope apparatus measuring a subject using a pattern projection image of the subject on which a light and dark pattern of light is projected, includes an insertion tube; an image sensor; an objective optical system forming the subject image on the image sensor; an illumination light source illuminating the subject; a pattern projector projecting the light and dark pattern onto the subject; and a projection window disposed at a distal end portion of the insertion tube. When the projection window is viewed from the front and the distal end portion of the insertion tube is divided into two sides by an imaginary first plane which includes a central axis of the insertion tube, a center of the projection window is at one of the two sides of the distal end portion of the insertion tube. An observation window is disposed at the distal end portion of the insertion tube. When the projection window is viewed from the front, a center of the observation window is disposed at the other of the two sides of the distal end portion of the insertion tube.

An inner surface shape measurement device for measuring a shape of an inner surface of a test target, and includes a light source, an optical system which converts light emitted by the light source into a disc-shaped light beam to cause the light beam to be emitted toward an inner surface of the test target, a photography unit which captures an image of a state in which the light beam is projected on the inner surface of the test target, and a wiring which supplies power for driving the light source. The optical system, the light source and the photography unit are disposed in this order along a same axis line, and the wiring extends from the light source toward the photography unit.

An endoscope includes an insertion portion having an elongated shape, an imaging unit provided at a distal portion of the insertion portion and configured to acquire an image of a specimen, a lighting unit configured to illuminate an observation field of view of the imaging unit, and a pattern projector having a light source configured to emit projection light to project a light and dark pattern on the specimen. An endoscope configured to measure a specimen using a pattern projection image of the specimen on which a light and shade pattern of light is projected, the endoscope may include: an insertion unit; an image capturing unit installed at a tip section of the insertion unit and configured to acquire an image of the specimen; an illumination unit having a first light source configured to emit illumination light to illuminate an observation field of vision of the image capturing unit; a pattern projection unit having a second light source configured to emit projection light to project the light and shade pattern on the specimen; and a control unit configured to control an operation of acquiring the image by the image capturing unit, an operation of emitting the illumination light from the illumination unit, and an operation of emitting the projection light from the pattern projection unit.

An inner surface shape measuring apparatus that measures an inner surface shape of a tested object by using a light-section method includes: a projection section which includes an outer peripheral section having a tubular shape and having a slit that light is capable of penetrating and that is provided in a circumferential direction, and a light source unit having a light-emitting element and arranged in the outer peripheral section, the projection section projecting a luminous flux that has a predetermined thickness from the slit onto the tested object; and an imaging section which images the inner surface of the tested object with the luminous flux projected thereon.

Inner surface shape measuring apparatus

A nondestructive testing apparatus includes a display section and a storage section which stores predetermined executable functions. Each of the predetermined functions is initially set to one of a permitted state and a disabled state, and one of a display state and a non-display state on the display section. In an initial state, at least one of the predetermined functions is set to the disabled state and the non-display state. The nondestructive testing apparatus can receive permission information which unlocks at least one of the predetermined functions initially set to the disabled state so as to be set to the permitted state, and unlocks at least one of the predetermined functions initially set in the non-display state so as to be in the display state. An endoscope apparatus includes: an imaging portion imaging a subject to generate image data; a designation portion designating a position in an image based on the image data; an image processing portion processing the image data such that an enlarged image obtained by enlarging an image in a second region including the designated position overlaps a first region including the designated position designated by the designation portion; a display portion displaying the enlarged image and the image of the subject based on the image data processed by the image processing portion and displays a cursor at the designated position on the enlarged image; and a measurement processing portion performing measurement on the basis of a measurement position indicated by the cursor by using the image data generated by the imaging portion. The enlarged image displayed on the display portion moves according to movement of the cursor.

An endoscope device of the present invention has an insertion portion capable of attachment and detachment of a plurality of optical adapters. The endoscope device comprises a resistor for detecting attachment and detachment of the optical adapter as well as an attachment and detachment detection portion, a ROM for storing a setting table as a specific set value for each of the plurality of optical adapters, an LCD for displaying a list of the optical adapters on the basis of the setting table, and an operation switch for selecting one optical adapter from the list of the optical adapters.

Endoscope device

A measurement endoscope system includes: an image pick-up device, an endoscope insertion portion to which a plurality of stereo measurement optical adaptors and a normal measurement adaptor are detachably attachable, a control unit for accommodating the endoscope insertion portion, a face mounted display for stereoscopically viewing a normal endoscope image or stereoscopically viewing the endoscope image as a pseudo stereo image, and the like. The control unit includes a CPU for controlling the execution of various functions based on a main program, a ROM, a RAM, a PC card, a USB port, an RS-232 port, an audio signal processing circuit, and a video signal processing circuit. The control unit can be connected externally to a PC. The measurement endoscope system allows taking image re-measurements under a correct measurement environment simple operation, with the re-measurements being performed promptly without consideration of the measurement environment. Thus, the operability of the system is improved and greatly expedited.
