A capacitor device has an accommodating case in which a plurality of accommodating parts are formed for accommodating capacitor main bodies. The plurality of accommodating parts are oriented so that the longitudinal directions thereof all face the same direction, and the plurality of capacitor main bodies are accommodated in the accommodating parts in a manner such that the sides having terminal parts are set up in the same orientation. The sides of the capacitor main bodies having the terminal parts are provided with engaging parts that engage with engaged parts provided to a predetermined element member, and the capacitor main bodies are accommodated all together in the accommodating case in a manner such that the engaging parts are engaged with the engaged parts.

[Problem] To enable effectively utilizing electrical energy of a vehicle and effectively preventing early deterioration of the second electricity storage unit. [Solution] Provided is a vehicle control device for supplying electricity to an electrical load component of a vehicle. The vehicle control device comprises: a first electricity storage unit () capable of holding electricity over a long period of time; a second electricity storage unit () capable of more rapid charge and discharge than the first electricity storage unit (); an ignition switch detection means () for detecting an operational state of an ignition switch of the vehicle; a voltage detection means () for detecting a voltage of the second electricity storage unit (); and a discharge means () for, when the ignition switch detection means () detects that a turn-off operation of the ignition switch is performed, and the voltage detection means () detects that the voltage of the second electricity storage unit () is equal to or greater than a preset reference value, discharging electricity stored in the second electricity storage unit ().

Vehicle control device

A battery is arranged at a specified position which is located on an outside of a front side frame in a vehicle width direction and between a front wheel and a crush can in a vehicle longitudinal direction. Accordingly, the battery can be positioned properly at a front portion of a vehicle so that the battery may not receive any improper thermal influence from an engine or a motor and not hurt the function of impact absorption in a vehicle frontal collision.

A power-supply control apparatus of a vehicle comprises a first electricity-storage device to supply electric power to a starter for starting engine, a generator to convert kinetic energy of the vehicle during a vehicle deceleration to electric energy for energy recovery, a second electricity-storage device coupled to the generator to store the electric power from the generator thereat, a feeder circuit coupling the second electricity-storage device to an electric load with a relatively-small electric-load capacity via a DC/DC convertor, a coupling line coupling the second electricity-storage device to the first electricity-storage device via a coupling relay, and a controller to control the electric power passing through the feeder circuit and the coupling line, wherein the controller executes a control to make the coupling relay on the coupling line in an OFF state when the starter operates.

Power-supply control apparatus of vehicle

A projection (41) protrudes downward from the lower side edge portion of a third electronic control unit (40). The projection forms a recess which houses a first electronic control unit (20) under the third electronic control unit (40) and has a lower opening. The third electronic control unit (40) and a control panel (10) are electrically connected to each other via connectors (13, 43). A second electronic control unit (30) is placed on the upper surface of the third electronic control unit (40), and the first and third electronic control units (20, 40) and the second and third electronic control units (30, 40) are respectively detachably connected to each other via connectors.
