A rotor and a seat mounted on a first shell is disposed between an annular first shell and an annular second shell both constituting a damper case, thereby forming a rotary damper device. A damper lever on which the rotor is mounted is hooked on a fixing pin fixed to a body. Viscous fluid such as highly viscous oil is charged into a damper chamber formed between the rotor and the seat, and a viscous resistance is applied to the rotor and the seat. In a state in which a rotation center of the rotary damper device is deviated from a rotation center of the shaft which is rotated by the operating lever, the damper case is fixed to a flange portion of the shaft, the rotor and the seat are allowed to rotate relatively to each other by an inclining operation of the operating lever, and a resistance force from the rotary damper device is applied to the operating lever.

Operating lever device

The present invention intends to provide a hydraulic signal output device having a smaller installation space, and thereby enabling to make an installation space of hydraulic machines in an operation room smaller and that of other than the hydraulic machines larger. In addition to this, the present invention intends to allow externally restricting an operation in the operation room. In order to attain the intentions, in a hydraulic signal output device of the present invention, a PPC valve, an EPC valve and a shuttle valve are integrally formed. In one invention, in addition to the above, a pressure oil output port in a pressure-reducing valve in the PPC valve is communicated with a pressure oil input port of a switching valve in an electromagnetic valve, and a pressure oil output port of the switching valve in the electromagnetic valve is communicated with a pilot pipe line.

Hydraulic signal output device

A monolever operating device that inclines in a two-dimensional manner including at least a front and rear direction and a right and left direction. A drive signal generating unit contained within a drive signal generating body for outputting two drive signals to components in the front and rear direction and in the right and left direction in accordance with an orientation and an amount of inclination of the monolever. The device further includes a universal joint mounted to support the monolever in an inclinable manner, a mount plate for mounting the drive signal generating body mounted thereto to a vehicle body, and a monolever bearing member provided on an upper surface of the mount plate and provided with lever bearing portions and boot holding portions alternately arranged adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction.

Monolever device

An oil pressure signal output device which is easy to be integrated with an additional EPC valve and can be manipulated inside/outside a driver's cab. The device makes it possible to reduce the occupied area of hydraulic apparatuses in the driver's cab and to extend a space other than that of hydraulic apparatuses. In the device: the manual oil pressure signal output device for controlling a first hydraulic apparatus, the first electric oil pressure signal output device and the selecting output means are integrated; a second electric oil pressure signal output device for controlling a second hydraulic apparatus abuts against the first electric oil pressure signal output device is removably provided.

Oil pressure signal output device

An actuator drive unit in which either of two types of actuators and a drive direction thereof (either forward direction or backward direction) are corresponded to respective four pistons. When one of the four pistons in one of four displacement signal generating units generates a displacement signal, the actuator corresponding to the piston generating the displacement signal is driven in a corresponding drive direction, by an amount of drive corresponding to the displacement signal.

A driving control device for a vehicle device , which has an operation lever device for outputting a signal to instruct a travelling speed and a traveling direction of a vehicle by tilting a single operation lever forward, backward, left and right, and a hydraulic motor controller for controlling rotation speeds of two hydraulic motors for driving respective traveling devices on left and right sides of the vehicle body according to the signal from the operation lever device, and which controls the traveling of the vehicle device by operating the operation lever of the operation lever device, has a spin turn instruction member which outputs a signal to make the two hydraulic motors have the same rotation speed but in different rotation directions from each other by rotating the operation lever of the operation lever device.

Driving control device for vehicle device

The aim is to improve operability in vehicles such as skid steer loaders and to reduce the burden on the operator. It is made easy to switch between a first operation pattern wherewith only one operation apparatus of two operation apparatuses is used in driving two actuators, and a second operation pattern wherewith the two actuators are driven using both of the two operation apparatuses. It is made possible to hold operation positions, and to release held positions, whether with an operation lever apparatus that is capable of operation in only one directional component or with an operation lever apparatus that is capable of operation in two directional components in the forward and backward direction and in the left and right direction. When a change to a first combination is designated by a pattern switching lever, the first combination (first operation pattern) is switched to by switching means. This effects correspondences between operation direction signals output from one operation apparatus of two (left and right) operation apparatuses and the drive directions of left and right running actuators. It is thereby made possible to drive left and right running bodies by operating one of the operation levers (the left operation lever). When a change to a second combination is designated by the pattern switching lever, the second pattern (second operation pattern) is switched to by the switching means. Thereby correspondences are effected between the operation direction signals output from the left operation apparatus and the drive directions of the left running actuator, and correspondences are effected between the operation direction signals output from the right operation apparatus and the drive directions of the right running actuator. It is thereby made possible to drive the left and right running bodies by operating both the left and the right operation lever. When a switching valve is switched to a valve position, and the operation lever has been operated so as to tilt, the operation lever is held in that tilted position. And when the switching valve is switched to another valve position, the operation lever holding condition is released.

Apparatus for altering operation apparatus and actuator combinations, and operation lever apparatus

A vehicle advances forward while turning to the right when an operating lever is tilted forward and to the right, that is, being operated in a direction intermediate between the forward direction and right-hand direction. Only an output signal of the component corresponding to the forward direction is preserved when the operating lever is released. The component corresponding to the right-hand direction returns to the neutral position, and the signal output is brought to zero. The vehicle therefore moves only forward. The operating position can thus be preserved and a signal output state can be held for a single directional component selected from longitudinal and transverse direction components when operating the operating lever device which is tilted along the directional components in both longitudinal and transverse directions.

A damper for a hydraulic pilot valve having a valve body in which a plurality of pressure reducing valves, a rotational shaft, an operation member attached to the rotational shaft and a handling member rotating the rotational shaft are provided. The pressure reducing valves are operated through the operation member by rotating the rotational shaft by the handling member, and the damper is disposed in the valve body and is adapted to apply an operational resistance to the operation member due to a viscous resistance of a fluid having high viscosity.

Damper of hydraulic pilot valve

A damper for a hydraulic pilot valve having a valve body in which a plurality of pressure reducing valves, a rotational shaft, an operation member attached to the rotational shaft and a handling member rotating the rotational shaft are provided. The pressure reducing valves are operated through the operation member, by rotating the rotational shaft by the handling member, and the damper is disposed in the valve body and is adapted to apply an operational resistance to the operation member due to a viscous resistance of a fluid having high viscosity.
