High-speed scanning is implemented by a three-dimensional scanner. A three-dimensional measurement device includes: a three-dimensional scanner including a scanner image processing unit that generates first measurement information by processing a first image including pattern light; an imaging unit including a camera image processing unit that generates second measurement information by processing a second image including a self-luminous marker provided in the three-dimensional scanner; and a three-dimensional data generation mechanism. The three-dimensional data generation mechanism receives the first measurement information and the second measurement information, and generates a point cloud indicating a three-dimensional shape of a measurement target based on the received first measurement information and second measurement information, and identification information.

Three-dimensional measurement device

To provide a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device capable of performing highly reliable shape measurement at high accuracy without complicated calibration work. A motorized rotation stage is rotatably supported with respect to a reference base. A reference camera is fixed to the reference base, the reference camera captures an image of a plurality of reference markers provided on the motorized rotation stage. At the time of calibration, a plurality of markers of the reference member are captured at respective different postures of the motorized rotation stage. The position and the attitude of the probe with respect to the imaging device are identified on the basis of the probe marker included in a captured image. The position and the attitude of the table with respect to the imaging device are identified on the basis of the stage marker included in a captured image. Relative position coordinates of a measurement position designated by the probe are obtained.

Optical three-dimensional coordinate measuring device and measurement method thereof

Provided is an optical coordinate measuring device with improved measurement efficiency. A holding part of a measurement head includes an installation part and a stand part. The installation part has a horizontal flat shape and is installed on the installation surface. The stand part is provided so as to extend upward from one end of the installation part. The placement table is provided at the other end of the installation part. A measurement target is placed on the placement table. A main imaging unit is provided on an upper part of the stand part. The main imaging unit is arranged so as to be turned obliquely downward such that it can capture an image of a previously set imaging region above the placement table.

Optical coordinate measuring device

Provided is an optical coordinate measuring device that prevents deterioration in measurement accuracy. A holding member is made of a material having low moisture absorption properties and a small linear expansion coefficient. A marker member is held by the holding member. The marker member includes a plate member made of glass. A light shielding mask is formed by printing on one surface of the plate member except for a plurality of circular regions. A light emitting substrate is arranged below the marker member. A plurality of light emitting elements are mounted on the upper surfaces of the light emitting substrates.
