To provide an aqueous adhesive for an inorganic material with excellent adhesiveness to the inorganic material. An adhesive improver (J) for an aqueous adhesive of an inorganic material including a (co) polymer (A) containing an unsaturated (poly) carboxylic acid (anhydride) (al) as a constituent monomer, wherein a weight-average molecular weight of the (co) polymer (A) is 6,000 to 200,000; and an aqueous adhesive for an inorganic material (X) including the adhesive improver (J) for an aqueous adhesive of an inorganic material, a saccharide (B), a polycarboxylic acid (C) having 4 to 24 carbon atoms, and water.

Aqueous adhesive for inorganic materials

To provide an aqueous adhesive for an inorganic material with excellent adhesiveness to the inorganic material. An adhesive improver (J) for an aqueous adhesive for an inorganic material including a copolymer (A) containing an unsaturated (poly) carboxylic acid (anhydride) (a1) and a (meth) acrylic acid alkyl (2 to 30 alkyl carbon atoms) ester (a2) as a constituent monomer; and an aqueous adhesive for an inorganic material (X) including the adhesive improver (J), saccharide (B), a polycarboxylic acid (C) having 4 to 24 carbon atoms and water.

A composite molding material comprises a thermoplastic resin and reinforcing materials. The reinforcing materials are selected from a glass wool having an average fiber diameter of 1-7 &#x3bc;m and a pre-kneading fiber length of 300-1000 &#x3bc;m and a fibrous reinforcing material having an average fiber diameter of 7-20 &#x3bc;m. The glass wool and the fibrous reinforcing material are dispersed in the thermoplastic resin.

Composite molding material, injection-molded article, and method for manufacturing composite molding material

Provided is a fiber reinforced resin gear whose durability in use under a high temperature is enhanced. A fiber reinforced resin gear is formed by injecting a resin material containing glass wool into the inside of a cavity of a mold. A fiber diameter of the glass wool is scattered in a wide range of 0.1 to 15 &#x3bc;m, and is distributed such that a most frequent value of the fiber diameter appears within a range of 2 to 5 &#x3bc;m, and an average fiber diameter of the glass wool falls within a range of 3 to 5 &#x3bc;m. The fiber reinforced resin gear according to the present invention can enhance durability and abrasion resistance under a high temperature compared to a conventional fiber reinforced resin gear.

A composite forming material of the present invention in which a fiberglass and a thermoplastic resin are compounded, where the fiberglass is a glass wool and a surface treatment is performed on the glass wool by spraying a solution which includes a silane coupling agent and/or a film former, a weight percent of the silane coupling agent to the glass wool is 0.24 wt %, and a weight percent of the film former to the glass wool is 2.4 wt %, the mean length of the glass wool is 600 &#x3bc;m, and the diameter is 3.4 &#x3bc;m.
