A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing computer readable instructions executable by a computer is provided. The computer readable instructions cause the computer to obtain first image data composing a first image and second image data composing a second image, specify first edge pixels in the first image using the first image and second edge pixels in the second image using the second image data, determine positional relation between the first image and the second image in a first degree of accuracy, based on positional relation between the first edge pixels and the second edge pixels, determine first usable pixels among the first edge pixels and the second usable pixels among the second edge pixels, and using the first usable pixels and the second usable pixels, determine positional relation between the first image and the second image in a second degree of accuracy being higher than the first degree.

In an image forming device, a controller converts continuous-tone image data to raster image data using a dither matrix. The continuous-tone image data includes pixels each has a tone value. The raster image data is binary image data corresponding to exposure areas. The dither matrix includes threshold values. The dither matrix is configured so that as an exposure area percentage of the raster image data increases, growth of the exposure area progresses according to a growth process including: a stage at which an exposure area extends in a predetermined screen direction from an isolated exposure area to connect with another isolated exposure area; and a stage at which after the isolated exposure area connects with another isolated exposure area, the exposure area extends in a crossing direction crossing the predetermined screen direction. The controller controls the exposure device to expose the photosensitive drum based on the raster image data.

The computer readable instructions cause the computer to obtain first image data composing a first image and second image data composing a second image; specify first edge pixels in the first image and second edge pixels in the second image using the first image data and the second image data, respectively; specify a first feature point and a second feature point corresponding to each other using an algorithm different from an algorithm to specify the first edge pixels and the second pixels; determine pixels located in vicinity to the first feature point and pixels located in vicinity to the second feature point as first usable pixels and second usable pixels, respectively; and using the first usable pixels and the second usable pixels, determine positional relation between the first image and the second image.

The processor identifies the target pixel as a second type pixel in a case where the target pixel satisfies a specific condition. The processor generates processed image data by performing a replacement process in which a pixel value of the pixel identified as the first type pixel is replaced with a first value representing a first color and a pixel value of the pixel identified as the second type pixel is replaced with a second value representing a second color. The specific condition includes a condition that all specific pixels in a specific range match a specific pattern.

There is provided an image processing apparatus including a controller configured to: acquire scan data indicating a scan image including first and second specific color areas each indicating a part thereof printed by using a first nozzle and a third specific color area indicating a part thereof printed by using a second nozzle; and generate a plurality of parameters, by using the scan data, each of the plurality of parameters indicating jetting characteristic of a coloring material from one of the first and second nozzles corresponding thereto. The controller evaluates the difference between a color of the first specific color area and a color of the second specific color area, and the controller generates a parameter included in the plurality of parameters and corresponding to the second nozzle, by using a result of the evaluation of the difference and a value of a third pixel within the third specific color area.
