A comparator has P-channel field effect transistors that are supplied at respective gates with input voltages Vin and Vref, which are objects of comparison, and that act as a differential transistor pair; and N-channel field effect transistors that serve as current channels for respective drain currents of these two P-channel field effect transistors and that act as a current mirror circuit. The comparator outputs a drain voltage Vx of an N-channel field effect transistor as a signal showing a result of comparison between the two input voltages. An N-channel field effect transistor diode-connected to the comparator is interposed between drains of the N-channel field effect transistors.

In an indoor structure of a vehicle including a door () provided in a door opening () at the side of a vehicle and a step () for passenger ingress and egress provided on the indoor side of the door opening, the step being located at a lower position than a floor () of the vehicle compartment, an expanded floor portion () substantially level with the floor () is provided on the vehicle rear side of the step (). Also, a rear leg () of a foldable seat () is extended outward in the vehicle width direction in the vehicle compartment, and is placed on the expanded floor portion ().

There is provided a seat belt system in which a seat belt retractor is installed in a seat back assembled to a rear portion of a seat cushion, and a belt anchor plate, which is provided at the tip end of a seat belt pulled out of the seat belt retractor, is brought from the seating surface side to the back surface side of the seat cushion and is installed to a seat cushion frame constituting the seat cushion from the back side of the seating surface of the seat cushion.
