A terminal manufacturing apparatus includes a pressing device adapted to form a chained terminal including a crimp portion by bending a continuously supplied plate-shaped workpiece into a hollow shape, the crimp portion being crimpable with a conductor part of a coated conductor accommodated therein, a welding device adapted to bring two edge portions of the crimp portion in proximity to each other and join the two edge portions by welding, a conveying/positioning time calculating unit adapted to determine a conveying/positioning time of the welding device on the basis of a machining time required by the pressing device and the welding device, and a conveying/positioning mechanism adapted to position the chained terminal in a welding machining position within the welding device in accordance with the conveying/positioning time.

The invention intends to improve a stator which is detachably installed to an outer peripheral portion of a can accommodating a rotor. The stator is integrally formed with a resin mold by arranging a stator assembly () within metal molds () and injecting a molten resin (P) from a gate (G) at one position. An annular plate () is mounted to an upper portion of the stator assembly () so as to prevent the molten resin from intruding into magnetic pole teeth (), and prevent a weld line from being generated in an outer peripheral surface of the resin mold.

The invention provides an electrically operated valve which can control a flow rate precisely at a small flow rate distributing time and can circulate a fluid so as to prevent a pressure loss as much as possible at a large flow rate distributing time without an increase of a working and assembling cost. A movable valve seat body forming a main valve port for forming a small flow rate flow path extending from a first inlet and outlet to a second inlet and outlet is arranged between a valve chamber and a lower chamber. The movable valve seat body is structured such that its lower portion is slidably fitted and inserted to the lower chamber, and such as to serve as a float type check valve body for opening and blocking a large flow rate flow path extending from the second inlet and outlet to the first inlet and outlet.

A flow reversing valve includes a reversing valve main body adapted to assume a first circulatory state where a first main valve part is in a fully-open state and a second main valve part is in a fully-closed state and a second circulatory state where the first main valve part is in a fully-closed state and the second main valve part is in a fully-open state; and a flow regulating valve adapted to regulate the pressures of the respective back pressure chambers and of the first main valve part and the second main valve part. The flow regulating valve places the reversing valve main body in the first circulatory state by gradually reducing the pressure of the back pressure chamber of the first main valve part, and in the second circulatory state by gradually reducing the pressure of the back pressure chamber of the second main valve part.
