An in-case oil passage extending in an axial direction above a plurality of gears is formed inside an outer peripheral wall portion of the accommodating case. The in-case oil passage includes an in-case oil passage opening portion which opens from the cover wall portion to the one end side in the axial direction. The cover wall portion is provided with an oil guide member at a position where at least a part of the cover wall portion overlaps the in-case oil passage opening portion when viewed from the one end side in the axial direction, the oil guide member guiding oil discharged from the in-case oil passage opening portion to the oil collecting portion of the oil collecting pocket.

The present invention relates to a very low C&mdash;Nb cold rolled steel sheet giving 340 to 440 MPa of tensile strength. For example, the cold rolled steel sheet consists essentially of 0.0040 to 0.01% C, not more than 0.05% Si, 0.1 to 1.0% Mn, 0.01 to 0.05% P, not more than 0.02% S, 0.01 to 0.1% sol.Al, not more than 0.004% N, 0.01 to 0.14% Nb, by weight, and balance of substantially Fe and inevitable impurities, and has not less than 0.21 of n value calculated from two points (1% and 10%) of nominal strain determined by the uniaxial tensile test, and relates to a method for manufacturing the cold rolled steel sheet. The present invention provides a high strength cold rolled steel sheet for automobile exterior panels having excellent combined formability, resistance to embrittlement during secondary operation, formability at welded portions, anti-burring performance, good surface appearance, and uniformity of material in a coil.

It is an object to provide a process for manufacturing galvannealed steel sheets exhibiting excellent anti-powdering property when press formed, and uniform frictional properties in a coil. A steel strip is galvanized in a bath having a low aluminum content after entering it at a high temperature as defined in relation to the aluminum content of the both, so that the formation of a .zeta. phase may be promoted. Then, the strip is heated for alloying in a high-frequency induction heating furnace so as to have a temperature not exceeding 495.degree. C. when leaving the furnace to yield a plated steel strip having a coating containing a uniformly distributed .zeta. phase. After such heat treatment and cooling, the strip can be plated with an iron or iron-alloy top coating having an iron content of at least 50% and a coating weight of at least 1 g/m.sup.2 to achieve an improved press formability.

C. to a zinc dip-plated steel sheet to form on the surface of the steel sheet an alloying-treated iron-zinc alloy dip-plating layer having on the surface thereof fine irregularities comprising numerous fine concavities and numerous fine convexities; then applying a temper rolling treatment at a reduction rate of from 0.3 to 1.5 to the alloying-treated steel sheet, to level the numerous fine convexities on the surface of the alloying-treated iron-zinc alloy dip-plating layer, so as to form on the surface of the steel sheet the alloying-treated iron-zinc alloy dip-plating layer as a lower layer having the numerous fine concavities on the surface thereof; and then applying an iron-zinc alloy electroplating treatment to the temper rolling treated steel sheet to form, on the alloying-treated iron-zinc alloy dip-plating layer as the lower layer, an iron-zinc alloy electroplating layer as an upper layer.
