In a door mirror device for a vehicle, a projector protrudes out toward a lower side from a circuit board, and the projector projects a pattern onto a ground surface. Moreover, illuminating LEDs and guide bodies are fixed to a lower surface of the circuit board. Due to the illuminating LEDs generating lights and the guide bodies guiding these lights, the guide bodies irradiate the lights from lower ends, and the ground surface is illuminated. Here, the lower ends of the guide bodies are disposed further toward a lower side than the projector. Therefore, shadows, which are due to the projector, arising in lights that illuminate the ground surface can be suppressed.

Viewing device for vehicle

In a vehicle door mirror device, a main unit supports a secondary unit via a mirror holder, and the secondary unit supports a secondary mirror. For this reason, by actuating the main unit to tilt the secondary mirror via the mirror holder and the secondary unit and simultaneously actuating the secondary unit to tilt the secondary mirror, the tilting speed of the secondary mirror can be increased.

Vehicle mirror device

In a vehicle door mirror device, a base is attached to a door and covered with a base cover. A gasket is disposed on a door panel of the base cover, a seal portion of the gasket seals a gap between a lower side end of the base cover and the door panel. The seal portion is extended from the gasket toward the base cover side. Therefore, even if a dimension of the gap between the lower side end of the base cover and the door panel varies, the lower side end of the seal portion can be suppressed from being separated from an outer periphery of the base cover toward the inner side, the base cover can be suppressed from looking floating from the door panel, and appearance of the gap between the lower side end of the base cover and the door panel can be improved.

Efficiently suppressing chatter of a mirror face of a mirror. In a vehicle door mirror device, a case is disposed at a back face side of a mirror, a substrate unit is accommodated in the case, gap between the mirror and the case is sealed by sealing agent, thereby sealing the substrate unit. The holder, the case and the sealing agent are integrated together. A press contact tab is integrally provided to a housing box of the holder such that the press contact tab makes press contact with an anti-vibration pillar. The supporting rigidity to the mirror at the position of the substrate unit can accordingly be efficiently raised, vibration of the mirror due to the substrate unit can be efficiently suppressed, and chatter of a mirror face of the mirror can be efficiently suppressed.

Disclosed in a door mirror device capable of continuously emitting light from two light guides. The door mirror device comprises: a first light-emitting light guide arranged in the visor part of a door mirror foldably mounted on the door mirror support part of a vehicle; a second light-emitting light guide provided in the door mirror support part, an end of the second light-emitting light guide facing to an end of the first light-emitting light guide so as to have continuity with the first light-emitting light guide; and a light source configured to emit light toward the first light-emitting light guide and the second light-emitting light guide, the light source being provided in the visor part.

Door mirror device for a vehicle

A sliding torque between a pivot portion and a fitting portion may be preferably secured. In an inner mirror device, pivot portions are arranged on both end portions in an axis line direction of a stay formed by a resin material. One pivot portion is fitted in a fitting hole of a holder main body, and the other pivot portion is fitted in a fitting hole of a device main body. In this manner, the holder and the device main body are connected to each other through the stay. In this case, plural notches are formed in the pivot portions, and outside dimensions of the pivot portions may be elastically expanded and reduced. A metal spring pin is pressed into the stay, and the spring pin biases the pivots in a dimension-expansion direction.

Pivot connecting structure

In an outer mirror device for a vehicle, an electrically-driven retracting unit, a mirror surface angle adjusting unit, a mirror surface angle detecting sensor, a foot lamp device, a heater, and an ECU which is a control device, which are respectively internal mechanisms, are disposed within a door mirror visor which covers a reverse surface side of a mirror and between the mirror and which a space is formed. A wire harness led into the door mirror visor is only two power source wires and three signal wires connected to the ECU. As compared with a structure in which the ECU is disposed outside of the door mirror visor, a number of wires can be greatly reduced.

Outer mirror device for vehicle

A mirror assembly for a vehicle includes a visor which houses a mirror main body (a mirror), a stay cover provided between the visor and the vehicle, and a base which is assembled so as to pass through the stay cover. In the present invention, in a state in which inclined surfaces formed at both the stay cover and the visor press-contact one another, the stay cover is nipped by the base and the visor. The stay cover is held by nipping force of the base and the visor such that the visor and the stay cover are assembled without gaps therebetween, without a need to separately prepare a fixing member of the stay cover.

Mirror assembly and method for assembling the same

A spring having four urging legs is fixed in a stay of a mirror, and retention pawls corresponding to the urging legs are formed at a base fixed within a passenger compartment of a vehicle. The urging legs engage with the retention pawls so that the stay is held at the base at a predetermined load. Because the four urging legs are provided on the spring, an urging force of the respective urging legs can be made small and bending of the urging legs is unobstructed by other members. Accordingly, when a load of predetermined value or greater acts upon the mirror, the urging legs corresponding to the direction in which the load acts slide and the engagement between all of the urging legs and the retention pawls is released. The mirror is allowed to fall regardless of the direction in which the load acts.
