An illumination device is provided with: a planar first electrode; a planar second electrode arranged to face the first electrode; a light emitting layer which is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and emits light in accordance with a current flowing between the first electrode and the second electrode; a first sensor that is electrically connected to the first electrode and detects an electrostatic capacitance of the first electrode; and a second sensor that is electrically connected to the second electrode and detects an electrostatic capacitance of the second electrode.

Illumination device

A light emitting apparatus includes: a sealing member () forming a sealing region sealing a planar light emitting unit; and a wiring member () including a conductive unit () electrically connected to the planar light emitting unit and extending from the sealing region to an outside. The sealing member () has a drawing port opened at a periphery of the sealing member for drawing the wiring member () to the outside. The wiring member () includes: an internal wiring portion () in which the conductive unit () is disposed in the sealing region; an external wiring portion () in which the conductive unit () is disposed in the outside; and a boundary wiring portion () in which the conductive unit () is disposed in the drawing port and which has a smaller thickness than the internal wiring portion () and/or the external wiring portion (). A light-emitting device includes a surface-light-emitting unit, a substrate, a holding sheet, and a sealing sheet. The surface-light-emitting unit has a light-emitting surface and a non-light-emitting surface, and emits light from the light-emitting surface. The substrate has a mounting surface and a non-mounting surface provided to be flush with the light-emitting surface, and has a power source mounted on the mounting surface. The holding sheet is provided to face the non-mounting surface and the light-emitting surface provided to be flush with the non-mounting surface. The sealing sheet is disposed on the side opposite to the holding sheet with respect to the surface-light-emitting unit and the substrate, and provided to cover the surface-light-emitting unit and the power source. The light-emitting device is disposed so that the holding sheet comes to the installation surface side. With such a structure, the light-emitting device that can be stably disposed on the installation surface is provided.

In an illumination device, a surface light emission module includes a panel power input unit connected to a base power input unit and a panel power output unit connected to a base power output unit for supplying power to a surface light emission panel. A connection panel, by being installed in an unselected scheduled light emission region, directly connects the base power input unit to the base power output unit.

Flash device

Binoculars allow easy alignment of optical axes and correction of parallax in accordance with the distance of an object. The binoculars have correction lenses in right and left optical systems, and perform image-blur correction by moving the correction lenses in directions perpendicular to the optical axes and thereby inclining the optical axes. The binoculars also perform parallax correction by moving the correction lenses in accordance with the object distance and thereby inclining the optical axes such that the object images are kept at the centers of the right and left fields of view. Alignment errors that remain in the optical axes after assembly are eliminated by moving the correction lenses. This elimination of alignment errors is done every time the binoculars are used.

In a telescope according to the present invention, defocus amount of an optical system constituting the telescope is calculated; whether or not the defocus amount is within a predetermined in-focus range obtained from a focal point adjusting ability of human eye is discriminated; and when the defocus amount exceeds the in-focus range as a result of the above discrimination, the optical system is driven. The optical system is driven in a shorter time than a time required for removing a defocus by human eye.

Telescope

A binocular comprising a housing and a pair of first and second optical systems positioned on each side of a central line. Each optical system includes an object lens and ocular lens arranged at a front part and at a rear part of the housing respectively. Further, a light admitting window is placed on the central line between the first and second optical systems for admitting light from an object. A detection module, provided independently of the first and second optical systems is used to output electrical signals which represent the distance to the object. The detection module may include an optical path deflecting means for z-shapely deflecting the light from the light admitting window and for directing the light to a sensor. The binocular is compact and has a hand grip that is designed in order to be holdable and focusable by the use of a single hand.
