A decorative sheet () according to one aspect of the present invention has a transparent resin layer () containing a crystalline polypropylene resin as the main component, in which a value of a peak area ratio x represented by the following expression (1) of the transparent resin layer () is x&#x2265;0.4. A decorative sheet () according to one aspect of the present invention has a transparent resin layer () containing a crystalline polypropylene resin as the main component. Herein, I997, I938, and I973 in the following expression (1) are peak intensity values calculated from the absorption spectrum obtained by Fourier infrared spectrometry of the transparent resin layer, and I997 is the peak intensity value at a wavenumber of 997 cm, I938 is the peak intensity value at a wavenumber of 938 cm, and I973 is the peak intensity value at a wavenumber of 973 cm.

A decorative sheet that has a transparent resin layer having good V groove bending processability (post-processability) while maintaining high scratch resistance and transparency and a method of producing the decorative sheet. A decorative sheet () according to the present embodiment is a decorative sheet including at least a transparent resin layer () containing a highly crystalline polypropylene resin as a main component. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet excellent in post-processability and usable for flame-retardant application. A decorative sheet () according to one aspect of the present invention includes a plurality of resin layers. At least one layer of the resin layers is formed of a uniaxially stretched resin sheet () or a biaxially stretched resin sheet () constituted of a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition is produced by adding an inorganic pigment vesicle to a polyolefin-based resin. The inorganic pigment vesicle is produced by including an inorganic pigment in a vesicle having a monolayer outer membrane. The uniaxially stretched resin sheet () and the biaxially stretched resin sheet () have a value of a dichroic ratio R of R&#x2265;0.3. The value is calculated from absorbance peak values at a wave number of 997(&#xb1;5) cmof an infrared absorption spectrum in a direction parallel to an extrusion direction during film manufacturing and an infrared absorption spectrum in a direction perpendicular to the extrusion direction during the film manufacturing obtained by a polarized Fourier type infrared spectroscopy measurement using the following Formula (1).[Formula 1]Dichroic ratio=(Absorbance peak value in parallel direction&#x2212;Absorbance peak value in perpendicular direction)/(Absorbance peak value in parallel direction+Absorbance peak value in perpendicular direction)&#x2003;&#x2003;(1)

The present invention provides a decorative sheet comprising a transparent resin layer having good scratch resistance, good post-processing resistance, and high transparency, and a method of manufacturing the same. The decorative sheet according to one aspect of the present invention comprises at least a transparent resin layer formed by adding to a transparent olefin-based resin nucleating agent vesicles which are vesicles having a single layer outer membrane and containing a nucleating agent, and the Martens hardness of the transparent resin layer is 40 N/mmor higher.

Decorative sheet and method of manufacturing the same

The invention provides a method for evaluating the safety of a battery under an internal short-circuit condition. The battery includes: an electrode group including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an insulating layer for electrically insulating the electrodes, which are wound or laminated; an electrolyte; a housing for housing the electrode group and the electrolyte; and a current-collecting terminal for electrically connecting the electrode group and the housing. The method of the invention includes: placing a foreign object at a location inside the electrode group of the battery where the positive electrode and the negative electrode face each other; and pressing the location by the pressure applied by a pressing tool to locally crush the insulating layer between the positive and negative electrodes, thereby causing an internal short-circuit. The contact area of the electrode group and the pressing tool during the pressing is larger than the area of a rectangle circumscribed about the foreign object. A short-circuit test is conducted at a given location inside the battery to comprehensively evaluate the safety of the battery under an internal short-circuit condition.
