A door weather strip includes an attachment base that is attached to a door frame or a door molding, and a seal lip that abuts on a vehicle body opening peripheral edge when a door is closed, in which the vehicle body opening peripheral edge side at a tip of the seal lip is formed with a protrusion that abuts on the vehicle body opening peripheral edge when the door is closed, and the seal lip is formed with a hard portion harder than a material constituting the seal lip to extend from a lower region of the protrusion to a root side of the seal lip.

Door weather strip

The glass run includes: a bottom wall; a vehicle inner side wall extending from the bottom wall; a vehicle outer side wall extending from the bottom wall; a vehicle inner seal lip connected to the vehicle inner side wall; and a vehicle outer seal lip connected to the vehicle outer side wall, and is configured to guide an up and down movement of a door glass. In the glass run, a hard portion is formed on the vehicle outer side wall, the hard portion having a higher hardness than a material that forms the vehicle outer side wall. The hard portion abuts the vehicle outer seal lip.

Glass run

A glass run includes a bottom wall, a vehicle outer side wall, and a vehicle inner side wall as a basic skeleton. The basic skeleton is attached to a door frame groove portion formed in a door frame, the glass run guiding upward and downward movement of a door glass. In the glass run, a vehicle inner side of the vehicle outer side wall is formed with a thick portion that protrudes toward a vehicle inner side, comes into sliding contact with the door glass, and has higher hardness than hardness of a vehicle outer side wall body portion of the vehicle outer side wall.

A glass run includes at least one of: an exterior sub-lip formed so as to project obliquely from an interior side of the exterior side wall that is closer to the bottom wall than a base portion of the exterior seal lip; an interior sub-lip formed so as to project obliquely in a direction toward a base portion of the interior seal lip from an exterior side of the interior side wall that is closer to the bottom wall than the base portion of the interior seal lip, the interior sub-lip formed with a thick portion on a base portion on a side of the interior seal lip; a thick portion formed on a base portion of the exterior seal lip; or a thick portion formed on a side of the interior seal lip that is not in contact with the door glass.

A glass run attached to a groove formed in a door frame includes: a basic frame including a bottom wall, a vehicle exterior side wall, and a vehicle interior side wall; an outer lip provided on the vehicle exterior side wall and coming into sliding contact with the vehicle exterior side of door glass; and an inner lip provided on the vehicle interior side wall and coming into sliding contact with the vehicle interior side of the door glass. The inner lip includes at least a first inner lip, and a second inner lip provided at a position closer to the bottom wall than the first inner lip is. Each of the first inner lip and the second inner lip extends toward the bottom wall, and does not come into contact with each other during sliding contact with the door glass.

An opening trim weather strip includes an attaching base portion and a hollow seal portion. The hollow seal portion is formed to be divided into a first hollow portion and a second hollow portion. The first hollow portion includes a first outer peripheral sidewall extending from an opening end of a vehicle outside sidewall of the attaching base portion, the hollow seal portion connection wall, a first inner peripheral sidewall, and the vehicle outside sidewall. The second hollow portion includes a second outer peripheral sidewall and a second inner peripheral sidewall. A connector between the first outer peripheral sidewall and the second outer peripheral sidewall forms a hollow seal portion bent portion, and an outer surface of the hollow seal portion bent portion is formed to be positioned in the inner peripheral direction of the vehicle body opening peripheral edge than the tip portion of the second hollow portion.

Opening trim weather strip

An opening trim weatherstrip includes: a mounting base portion which is mounted on a flange; and a hollow seal portion, which is configured to be brought into abutment with a door frame or an outer circumference of a door panel of a motor vehicle door to seal a gap between the motor vehicle door and a vehicle body opening portion circumferential edge, including: a hollow root portion which is formed from the mounting base portion; and a hollow extension portion which is provided so as to extend transversely outwards from the hollow root portion; wherein a deformation rigidity of the hollow extension portion at a portion where the opening trim weatherstrip is mounted on a portion of the vehicle body opening portion circumferential edge which lies near a door hinge is higher than a deformation rigidity of the hollow extension portion at the other portion.

Opening trim weatherstrip

A glass run that is excellent in appearance quality and durability, and exhibits improved sealing properties is proposed. The glass run for attachment to vertical sides of the door frame has a bottom wall for attachment to a door frame or a door molding, and an outer seal lip extending from an exterior side edge of the bottom wall. The outer seal lip has a base part extending towards a door glass, and a main part extending from the base part while curving inwardly of the base part. When the outer seal lip is deformed and bent with a side edge of the door glass, a tip end part of the outer seal lip is located inwardly of a surface of the bottom wall or the outer side wall, which faces a side edge of the door glass, and the base part is formed to have a rigidity lower than that of the main part.

Glass run for automobile

A center pillar weather strip attached to a center pillar includes an attachment base that attached to the center pillar, a front side linkage part that extends obliquely upward in a front direction of the car body from the attachment base, a rear side linkage part that extends from the attachment base to a rear direction of the car body, a hollow seal part that is linked to tips of the front side linkage part and the rear side linkage part and formed in a shape curved convex to a car outside, and a front side seal lip that extends from a connection portion between the front side linkage part and the hollow seal part toward an extending direction of the hollow seal part and formed in a shape curved convex to the center pillar side.

Center pillar weather strip

A weather strip capable of preventing the reversing of seal lips caused by the raising and lowering of a door glass, and restraining the increment of the raising/lowering load of the door glass to enable the smooth raising and lowering of the door glass. The door inner weather strip includes a trim section and a seal section. The seal section includes a first seal section and a second seal section, and the first seal section and the second seal section are respectively provided with a first attaching leg and a second attaching leg along with a first seal lip and a second seal lip for contacting the door glass. The first seal lip and the second seal lip are formed such that tips thereof face each other, and the first seal lip is formed such that when the first seal lip and the second seal lip contact the door glass, the tip of the second seal lip is overlapped with the tip of the first seal lip so as to press the same.

Door inner weather strip

A panel structure for a vehicle roof device includes a holder portion and a weather strip. The holder portion includes a fitting protrusion having a narrowed portion. The weather strip includes, in an integral manner, an attaching base and a sealing portion. The attaching base has a fitting recess fitted to the fitting protrusion. The attaching base includes a body portion in close contact with an outer side surface of the fitting protrusion, an upper attaching portion in close contact with an upper outer side surface of the narrowed portion, and a lower attaching portion in close contact with a lower outer side surface of the narrowed portion. The thickness of the upper attaching portion in the upper end is set to be larger in an upper area than in a lower area.
