A connector includes a housing fitted into or detached from a mating housing, and a fitting detection member assembled to a member housing section of the housing and detecting a fitting completion. The fitting detection member includes a locked portion locked to or detached from a lock section of a flexible lock arm, and a flexible arm section provided with a slip-off prevention locking section locked to or detached from a locking protrusion of the member housing section, and when fitting of both the housings is released, the flexible arm section is bent and deformed in a direction in which a locking margin between the locking protrusion of the member housing section and the slip-off prevention locking section of the flexible arm section increases.

Connector

A rotary connector includes: a first housing; a second housing; a bayonet ring including a locked portion to be locked to a locking portion of the first housing, which forms a bonded state by rotating by a predetermined angle in a ready state, so that its rotation is prevented; and a connector position assurance that is prevented from moving from a first position in the ready state, and in the bonded state, that is moveable to a second position and maintains a state in which the locked portion is locked to the locking portion.

Rotary connector

A lever-type connector includes: a first housing; a second housing capable of fitted to and removed from the first housing; a lever rotatably supported by the second housing for fitted to and removed the first housing and the second housing by a rotation operation; a support shaft provided on the second housing; a bearing portion provided on the lever and comprising a shaft sliding groove for sliding the support shaft; a cam follower provided on the lever; a cam groove provided on the first housing, the cam groove to which the cam follower is engageable; a guide protrusion provided on the second housing, and a guide groove provided on the lever, the guide groove to which the guide protrusion is engageable. When the first housing and the second housing are completely fitted by the rotation operation of the lever, the lever becomes slidable with respect to the second housing.

Lever-type connector

A connector includes a female housing and a male housing. An arm portion of the female housing engages with an engagement projection of the male housing. In a state where the engagement projection is fitted to an opening of the arm portion, a gap for insertion of a jig exists in the opening at a lateral side of the engagement projection. A groove-shaped release operation portion is formed on the male housing at a lateral side of the engagement projection. An inclined surface is formed at a rear end of the release operation portion, and a wall portion is formed on a rear side of the inclined surface. The arm portion engaged with the engagement projection can be released with a simple operation including inserting the jig into the release operation portion from the gap in the opening and pushing the jig in the same direction as the insertion direction.

A connector includes a housing which is capable of holding one or more electric wires and a cover which is attached to an end part of the housing while sliding in a sliding direction and guides the electric wire extending from the end part of the housing in a predetermined direction.

Connector having slidable locking cover

A locking structure LS includes: a locking protrusion provided on a front holder and formed to protrude in a vertical direction; locking arms provided on a female housing and formed to extend in a fitting direction; and regulating surfaces provided to face the locking protrusion in a width direction and regulate movement of the locking arms in the width direction. The locking arms are inserted between the locking protrusion and the regulating surfaces, have locking portions formed to partially overlap with the locking protrusions, and can be elastically deformed in the vertical direction with respect to the female housing.

A lock arm includes a pair of guide rails protruding toward side walls, extending in a detachment direction, and formed to have a part on the detachment direction side facing a direction away from a main body. A detection member includes a rib positioned on the detachment direction side of an abutment surface and positioned to be sandwiched between the main body and a locking protrusion, and is relatively movable with respect to a housing between a fixing position and the main locking position, the fixing position at which a distal end of a detection arm opposes a locking portion in the engagement direction, the locking protrusion is sandwiched between the rib and the main body while opposing the abutment surface in an insertion and removal direction, and a protruding body is positioned to oppose the part of the guide rail on the detachment direction side.

In a hydrophilic member including a structure in which a photocatalytic TiOlayer and a porous SiOlayer are stacked on a surface of a base material, easy forming of the porous SiOlayer so as to be thin and have a uniform film thickness distribution that enables the porous SiOlayer to cover an entire surface of the photocatalytic TiOlayer, and enhancement in durability of the porous SiOlayer are enabled. A photocatalytic TiOlayer is formed so as to have a density of 3.33 to 3.75 g/cm(preferably 3.47 to 3.72 g/cm, more preferably 3.54 to 3.68 g/cm) on a surface of a base material. As an outermost surface layer, a porous SiOlayer is formed on the photocatalytic TiOlayer in such a manner that the porous SiOlayer has a film thickness of no less than 10 nm and no more than 50 nm.

Hydrophilic member and method for manufacturing same

A hydrophilic member that enables provision of favorable photocatalytic performance while enhancing water repellent agent resistance and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. A maintenance method for removing a water repellent agent adhering to a surface of a hydrophilic layer of a hydrophilic member, the water repellent agent having a cation property, is provided. A photocatalytic layer is formed on a base material. An intermediate layer is formed on the photocatalytic layer. A hydrophilic layer having an isoelectric point exceeding 7 is formed on the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer is a layer that causes the hydrophilic layer to be formed so as to have a low density compared to a case where the hydrophilic layer is formed directly on the photocatalytic layer under the same film forming condition. A water repellent agent adhering to a surface of the hydrophilic layer can effectively be removed using sodium bicarbonate.

A connector includes a tubular connector housing inside which a terminal accommodating room is formed, a terminal that is inserted into the terminal accommodating room from behind, and a retainer that retains the terminal which is accommodated in the terminal accommodating room by being mounted to the connector housing from a direction crossing the inserting direction of the terminal, wherein the retainer is formed with a terminal contact part which is inserted from an opening, with which a wall of the terminal accommodating room of the connector housing is formed, to touch the terminal which is accommodated in the terminal accommodating room, and the terminal contact part is formed into such a shape to push the terminal toward the front side of the terminal accommodating room in a process that the retainer moves to a regular position of the connector housing.

An electrical connector connecting a male connector and a female connector in a freely engageable and detachable manner, in which: a male tab is provided at the male connector; a housing part where the male tab is inserted is provided at the female connector; a spring state contact piece and a beat piece to sandwich the male tab are provided at the housing part; and a protrusion protruding toward the male tab inserted into the housing part is provided at least one of the contact piece and the beat piece, wherein the protrusion includes a contact part which is in contact with the male tab inserted into the housing part and a sidewall part which is provided at a periphery of the contact part, and the contact part has so-called a star-shape in a plan view.

Electrical connector and manufacturing method thereof

A terminal includes a terminal body, and a press-fitting protrusion protruding from the terminal body in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the terminal to be press-fitted in the terminal holding hole. The press-fitting protrusion includes a first protrusion portion, and a second protrusion portion disposed rearward of the first protrusion in an insertion direction and protruding father in the orthogonal direction than the first protrusion portion. Fitting type connecting terminal and method for producing same

An electrical connector connecting a male connector and a female connector in a freely engageable and detachable manner includes, a male tab is provided at the male connector; a housing part where the male tab is inserted is provided at the female connector; a contact piece and a beat piece to hold and press the male tab to enable electrical connection are provided at the housing part; and a protrusion is provided at least at one of the contact piece and the beat piece, and a recessed part capable of accepting the protrusion is provided at the male tab, wherein the contact piece, the beat piece, and the protrusion are constituted to be one component.

A terminal connecting structure is provided with a male terminal having a tab portion and a female terminal having a contact portion. The tab portion and the contact portion mutually slide. A sliding surface of the tab portion extends in a direction inclined with respect to a sliding direction of the tab portion and the contact portion and has a projecting wall and a recess portion provided alternately along the sliding direction. A sliding surface of the contact portion extends in a direction crossing the projecting wall and the recess portion and has a projecting wall and a recess portion provided alternately along the sliding portion.
