A battery checker is provided with: voltage application unit configured to apply an AC voltage to a battery to be measured; ripple voltage measurement unit configured to measure a ripple voltage contained in a terminal voltage of the battery; and electric power storage level detection unit configured to detect an electric power storage level of the battery by comparing the measured ripple voltage with a set reference. The voltage application unit includes a transformer that transforms voltage for an alternating current of an AC power supply such as a commercial AC power supply, and an output circuit that applies, to the battery, an alternating current with transformed voltage.

This power transmission device is connected between an AC wiring system connected to an AC power supply, and a DC power supply, and transmits power from the DC power supply to the AC wiring system. The power transmission device includes an AC power supply voltage signal generator, a power converter, a DC voltage conversion unit, a switching element, and a switch open/close signal generator. The switch open/close signal generator includes: a control signal generation unit to generate a control signal formed from a pulse signal; and a pulse width determination unit to receive the control signal and generate a delayed signal obtained by delaying rising of the control signal, and when the delayed signal becomes a value corresponding to a magnitude of voltage of the AC power supply voltage signal, cause the control signal to fall, thereby making the control signal into the switch open/close signal.

A rotation sensor equipped wheel support bearing assembly detects rotational speed and rotational direction, in which a high resolution rotation signal is utilized in various vehicle controls with a suppressed size. The bearing assembly includes a plurality of rows of rolling elements between rolling surfaces in outer and inner members. A magnetic field generating element having anisotropy about a bearing center axis is provided in the outer member in alignment with the axis. The inner member is provided with a sensor for sensing the magnetic field of the magnetic field generating element oriented axially. The sensor detects the angle of rotation of the magnetic field generating element and is in the form of magnetic sensor arrays or elements for detecting the orientation of the magnetic field with a two-dimensional vector sensor to detect rotation of the magnetic field generating element.
