A construction machine includes: a lower travelling body; an upper slewing body attached to the lower travelling body with a structure allowing the upper slewing body to slew with respect to the lower travelling body; a work device attached to the upper slewing body with a structure allowing the work device to swing in a vertical direction with respect to the upper slewing body; a motion state acquisition unit acquiring a motion state amount; an equivalent system forming unit which forms a transfer function which uses a driving force for moving the work device as an input and uses the motion state amount as an output as an equivalent system which equivalently expresses an operation of the work device; and a parameter estimation unit which estimates a system attenuation coefficient and a natural angular frequency of the transfer function as an operation skill evaluation value.

Construction machine and evaluation device

A construction machine includes: a flow rate regulating part which regulates a flow rate of hydraulic oil supplied from a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic actuator, and a control device&#x2014;which controls driving of a work device. The control device includes: an acquiring part for acquiring a motion state amount of a combined center of gravity of a plurality of members which constitute the work device; and a generating part which generates an instruction value for controlling an operation of the flow rate regulating part such that the motion state amount follows a predetermined first target value, the instruction value being used for executing a feedback control based on the first target value and the motion state amount, and inputs the instruction value to the flow rate regulating part.

Construction machine

A slewing-type work machine includes a slewing state determination section which determines whether or not slewing motion of an upper slewing body is in a deceleration state, and a capacity control section which controls a motor capacity. The capacity control section sets the motor capacity to a capacity set for a combined operation during a performance of the combined operation in which an operation for slewing the upper slewing body and an operation for actuating an attachment are performed simultaneously, while setting the motor capacity to a preset default capacity even during the performance of the combined operation when the slewing state determination section determines that the slewing motion of the upper slewing body is in the deceleration state.

Slewing-type work machine

Provided is a slewing-type working machine including: a slewing motor; a capacity control device; a slewing control device operated by a slewing instruction operation to allow hydraulic fluid to be supplied from a hydraulic pump to the slewing motor; a slewing parking brake; a brake switching device; a brake release instruction unit which inputs a brake release instruction to the brake switching device so as to make the brake switching device switch the slewing parking brake to a brake releasing state after allowing hydraulic fluid to be supplied to the slewing motor; and a capacity limiting unit that limits the capacity of the slewing motor controlled by the capacity control device to a predetermined brake-release capacity value or less until a brake release point and allows the capacity to increase after the brake release point.

Pivoting work machine

Provided is a slewing-type hydraulic work machine including a boom raising working pressure detection unit that detects boom raising working pressure, and a capacity control device that controls a slewing motor capacity during a slewing and boom-raising operation and performs detecting an actual slewing distribution factor correspondence value corresponding to a ratio of energy distributed to a slewing motor to energy of discharged hydraulic oil, setting a boundary value of the actual slewing distribution factor correspondence value to limit the ratio more with increase in boom raising working pressure, and a capacity operation of making the slewing motor capacity higher than a limit capacity within a slewing priority allowable period until the actual slewing distribution factor correspondence value reaches the boundary value during the slewing and boom-raising operation and limiting the slewing motor capacity to the limit capacity or less after the slewing priority allowable period.

Slewing-type hydraulic work machine

A control section determines a monitoring region, a region wherein an obstacle is to be monitored, the monitoring region not including the lower travelling body. The control section changes the monitoring region so as not to include the lower travelling body based on a turn angle detected by the turn angle detection section. The control section limits operation of at least one of travelling of the lower travelling body and turning of the upper slewing body when the obstacle detection section detects an obstacle being present in the monitoring region.

Provided is a construction machine including an air cleaner having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface and an air intake pipe, wherein the assembly of the air cleaner and the air intake pipe can have a reduced width size in the front-rear direction. The air intake pipe has a returning portion and a downstream-side portion. The downstream-side portion has a cross section having a shape including a hypotenuse portion inclined toward the air cleaner, arranged in the state where at least a part of the hypotenuse portion is located in a space defined between the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the air cleaner and an air-cleaner placement surface.
