An operation apparatus configured to operate a ship propulsion machine includes: a remote control device including a holder and an operation lever swingably supported, and configured to perform a shift switching operation of the ship propulsion machine and an operation of increasing/decreasing a rotation speed of a power source of the ship propulsion machine; a gauge device including a display device and configured to display information regarding the ship propulsion machine including information indicating a shift position of the ship propulsion machine and the rotation speed of the power source; and a case to which the remote control device and the gauge device are each attached, and which integrates the remote control device and the gauge device. In the case, the remote control device and the gauge device are disposed adjacently to each other in a front-rear direction of the ship.

Operation apparatus for ship propulsion machine

A hybrid ship propulsion machine includes an internal-combustion-drive propulsion part and an electric propulsion part. The electric propulsion part is attached to a first housing part of the internal-combustion-drive propulsion part, and is disposed at a position higher than an anti-cavitation plate of the internal-combustion-drive propulsion part such that a second propeller of the electric propulsion part sinks below a water surface during low-speed movement, which is not a planing state of a ship, and the second propeller comes out of the water surface during planing of the ship.

Hybrid ship propulsion machine

A ship propulsion machine includes a ship propulsion machine main body and a propulsion module. The ship propulsion machine main body includes a power source, a tank storing cooling liquid, a heat sink cooling the cooling liquid, a cooling liquid passage connecting the power source and the heat sink, a pump causing the cooling liquid to flow in the cooling liquid passage, a first housing part housing the heat sink. The propulsion module includes a drive shaft rotated by the power source and a propulsion device converting rotation of the drive shaft into the propulsion force. A connection mechanism separably connecting an output shaft of the power source and the drive shaft is provided on the power source and on the drive shaft. The first housing part and the propulsion device are provided with an attachment mechanism detachably attaching the propulsion module.

Ship propulsion machine and ship propulsion machine set

A foreign matter collecting device provided at a ship propulsion device that is configured to apply a propulsive force to a ship, the foreign matter collecting device includes an anti-ventilation plate extending in a horizontal direction and a collecting part provided in the anti-ventilation plate. A flow path extending from a water intake port to a water discharge port is provided in the anti-ventilation plate. A filter configured to collect fine-grained foreign matters from a water flow in the flow path is provided in the collecting part.

Foreign matter collecting device

A hybrid ship propulsion machine includes an internal-combustion-drive propulsion part, a fixing bracket configured to fix the internal-combustion-drive propulsion part to a ship, an electric propulsion part, an elevating device configured to elevate and lower the electric propulsion part; and an attachment bracket attaching the electric propulsion part and the elevating device to the fixing bracket. The elevating device is configured to elevate and lower the electric propulsion part between a position where a second propeller of the electric propulsion part sinks below a water surface and a position where the second propeller comes out of the water surface.

A hybrid ship propulsion machine includes an internal-combustion-drive propulsion part and an electric propulsion part. The electric propulsion part is attached to a first housing part of the internal-combustion-drive propulsion part, and is disposed at a position higher than an anti-cavitation plate of the internal-combustion-drive propulsion part such that a suction port of the electric propulsion part sinks below a water surface during low-speed movement, which is not a planing state of a ship, and the suction port comes out of the water surface during planing of the ship.

An outboard motor includes a swivel bracket supporting a drive shaft housing such that the drive shaft housing is pivotable about an axis thereof and is movable in an axial direction thereof, a steering adjuster attached to the swivel bracket and configured to increase or reduce a rotational resistance force of the drive shaft housing against the swivel bracket, and at least one spacer mounted to the drive shaft housing at a position adjacent to at least one of both ends of the swivel bracket in the axial direction. In a state in which the spacer is mounted to the drive shaft housing, the drive shaft housing is restricted from moving in the axial direction with respect to the swivel bracket. A dimension from the swivel bracket to a rotation shaft of the propeller is changed by changing a mounting position of the spacer.

Outboard motor

An operation device includes a lever, a holder rotatably supporting the lever, a rotation restriction mechanism restricting a rotation range of the lever to the rotation range including a forward movement operation range, a backward movement operation range, and a neutral position, and a lever holding mechanism holding the lever at the neutral position. The lever includes a base portion rotatable supported by the holder, and an operation portion being movably connected to the base portion with respect to the base portion in an extending direction of the operation portion. The lever holding mechanism holds the lever at the neutral position so as not to be rotatable when the operation portion moves toward one side in the extending direction, and brings the lever into a rotatable state from the neutral position when the operation portion moves toward the other side in the extending direction.

Operation device for ship propulsion machine

A cover structure of an upper unit in which a power source of an outboard motor is provided, the cover structure includes a main body cover including a pair of divided covers connected to each otter, the pair of the divided covers being configured to be divided into each other in a left-right direction with respect to a traveling direction of a boat, an attachable and detachable cover that is attachable to and detachable from a part of an outer surface of at least one of the pair of divided covers and that includes a light transmitting portion in at least a part of the attachable and detachable cover, the light transmitting portion configured to transmit light, and a light emitter that is provided at a mounting position of the attachable and detachable cover and that includes a light source.

Cover structure

A boat propulsion machine includes a power source, a drive shaft, a propeller, a gear mechanism, a gear case, a tank configured to store a cooling liquid for cooling the power source, a heat sink configured to cool the cooling liquid, a cooling liquid passage connecting the power source and the heat sink, and a pump a pump configured to pump the cooling liquid to circulate through the cooling liquid passage. The power source, the tank, and the pump are provided at an upper portion of the boat propulsion machine. The gear case is provided at a lower portion of the boat propulsion machine. The drive shaft extends in an upper-lower direction between the power source and the gear mechanism. The heat sink is provided at a position lower than the power source and higher than the gear case in the boat propulsion machine.

Boat propulsion machine

A cover structure of an upper unit in which a power source of an outboard motor is provided, the cover structure includes a main body cover including a pair of divided covers connected to each other, the pair of the divided covers being configured to be divided into each other in a left-right direction with respect to a traveling direction of a boat, and an attachable and detachable cover that is attachable to and detachable from a part of an outer surface of at least one of the pair of the divided covers.

A propeller apparatus of a ship propulsion machine includes a tubular member inserted into an insertion hole so as to be movable in a circumferential direction with respect to a hub. First concave portions arranged in a circumferential direction are formed in an outer peripheral surface of the tubular member. Second concave portions arranged in the circumferential direction so as to respectively face the first concave portions are formed in an inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole. Each of the elastic bodies has a spherical or columnar shape, a first portion of each of the elastic bodies is disposed in each of the first concave portions, a second portion of each of the elastic bodies is disposed in each of the second concave portions, and the elastic bodies are rotatably held between the first concave portions and the second concave portions facing each other.

Propeller apparatus

There is provided a ship propulsion machine that gives a propulsive force to a ship, including: a power source; a propulsion device that converts power of the power source into a propulsive force of the ship; a power transmission mechanism that transmits power of the power source to the propulsion device; a casing that covers the power source and the power transmission mechanism; and a fine dust capturing device. The fine dust capturing device includes: a water intake which is provided in the casing and through which water around the ship propulsion machine is to be taken in, a capturer that captures fine dust contained in water taken in from the water intake, and a water outlet through which water in which the fine dust was captured by the capturer is to be discharged.

There is provided a ship propulsion machine including: a drive shaft; a drive gear fixed to the drive shaft; a front gear meshed with the drive gear; a rear gear meshed with the drive gear; a rear propeller provided on an inner propeller shaft; a front propeller provided on an outer propeller shaft; a casing having a gear chamber; a second bearing that supports a front end side of the outer propeller shaft at a rear portion of the casing; a third bearing that supports the inner propeller shaft and the outer propeller shaft in a manner rotatable with respect to each other. The third bearing is disposed on an inner peripheral side of a shaft portion of the rear gear, and the second bearing is disposed on an outer peripheral side of the shaft portion of the rear gear.

To provide a propeller for a boat propulsion apparatus, which propeller is excellent in maintainability including easy assembly and easy disassembly and reliably reduces the impact force caused by colliding with an obstacle and transmitted to the hub and the output shaft of the boat propulsion apparatus. The propeller includes: a shaft sleeve insertably and removably fixed to an output shaft of the boat propulsion apparatus; a plurality of blade components that are individually supported by the shaft sleeve and are arranged at intervals in a rotation direction of the output shaft; and a plurality of dampers disposed in such a manner that each of the plurality of dampers is disposed between adjacent two of the plurality of blade components.
