A process for manufacturing a fluid, including the steps of punching spout or outlet plug fitting holes in both a plate of a tubular blank of the carton and a plastic film constituting the internal bag at a predetermined place where a spout or outlet plug is attached to the tubular blank and the internal bag, the tubular blank containing the plastic film and having a closed bottom wall, fitting the spout or outlet plug in the spout or outlet plug fitting holes from inside the tubular plug, and welding the spout or outlet plug to the plastic film. An apparatus of manufacturing a fluid container, including a circulating conveyor conveying a tubular blank of the carton, the tubular blank containing a plastic film constituting the internal bag, and having a closed bottom wall, a punch cutting spout or outlet plug fitting holes in predetermined portions of a plate of the tubular blank and the plastic film which have been delivered by the circulating conveyor to a predetermined place, and a spout or outlet plug welder provided downstream of the punch and welding the spout or outlet plug which has been fitted in the spout or outlet plug fitting holes to the tubular blank and the plastic film which have been delivered by the circulating conveyor to a predetermined place.

Process and apparatus for manufacturing fluid container

A liquid container having a carton and an inner bag within the carton, the carton having foldable portions, wherein a metering unit of a cap attached to a spout does not interfere with the foldable portion to thereby permit a liquid in the container to be metered. The carton has an upper side tilted plate from which the spout protrudes outward. Each foldable portion is provided between the tilted plate and each of a front plate and a rear plate which cooperates with a pair of side plates to constitute a barrel of the carton. Each foldable portion has a cutout therein to avoid interference with the metering unit.

Liquid container

A measuring cap is disclosed, which is adapted for mounting on container openings to supply controlled portion of the container contents such as powders and the like therefrom. The measuring cap includes a cup-like body including a primary measuring section for holding a portion of the container contents and a side wall including an inlet, and a secondary cap body including a top wall defining an outlet which communicates with the cup-like body through an outlet passage which is itself defined by a depending wall which separates the outlet passage from the inlet and defines a secondary measuring section adjacent to the inlet. In this manner, upon inversion of the container, a portion of its contents can enter the secondary measuring section through the inlet and upon subsequent return of the container to its normal upright position that portion of the container contents can enter the cup-like body whereupon with further inversion of the container the controlled portion of the container contents can exit through the outlet.

Measuring cap

A dispensing and closing package for liquid products has a cap which also serves as a measuring cup. The cap fits on the outer circumference of a dispensing cylinder. A passageway is provided adjacent to a common point between the cap and the dispensing cylinder running between the container body and the inside of the cap. Residual liquid products adherent in the inside of the cap returns into the container body through the passageway.
