A traveling car includes a car body and a driver. The driver has a motor that is attached to the car body, a drive wheel, a support that supports the drive wheel, and a transmission that transmits rotary drive force to the drive wheel. The support has a holder that rotatably supports the drive wheel and is attached to the car body so as to rotate about a rotation axis M extending in the horizontal direction. The transmission has an output pulley that is coupled to the motor and is located on the car body, an input pulley that is coupled to the drive wheel and is located on the holder, and a belt wound around the output pulley and the input pulley. The rotation axis M is located coaxial with the output pulley.

Traveling car

A wrist of an arm robot includes a first motor, a first speed reducer, a second motor, a transmission shaft, and a second speed reducer. The first motor is arranged at a base and generates a first rotational drive force to rotate a first distal portion. The first speed reducer is arranged at the first distal portion, includes a hollow portion, and reduces a rotational speed of the first rotational drive force. The second motor is arranged at the base and generates a second rotational drive force to rotate a second distal portion. The transmission shaft is arranged at the first distal portion and passes through the hollow portion of the first speed reducer. The second speed reducer is arranged at the first distal portion, is arranged coaxial with the first speed reducer, and is arranged along an axial direction of the first speed reducer.

Arm robot

An arm unit of a robot has a lower arm mechanism including a parallel link structure and an upper arm mechanism. The lower arm mechanism has a front link and a rear link including respective lower ends rotatably connected to the base portion. A lower arm drive mechanism has a lower ball screw and a lower bearing portion supporting a shaft so as to be rotatable about its axis. An extending portion extending from the lower end of the rear link is connected to a nut so as to be rotatable about a nut side rotational axis. The lower bearing portion is connected to a base portion so as to be rotatable about a bearing portion side rotational axis. Thus, high mechanical rigidity can be ensured over a wide operation range under a high load condition.

Industrial robot

A wrist portion of a robot includes: a first movable portion configured to rotate relative to an arm portion around a first wrist axis; a second movable portion configured to rotate relative to the first movable portion around a second wrist axis; a third movable portion configured to rotate relative to the second movable portion around a third wrist axis; and a cable insertion portion through which an effector cable is inserted, the effector cable being used to supply electric power to an end effector attached to the third movable portion. The cable insertion portion is provided at the first movable portion so as to be located on the first wrist axis. Two motors among a plurality of motors configured to drive the wrist portion are attached to the first movable portion so as to sandwich the cable insertion portion in a direction perpendicular to the first wrist axis.
