A squeegee assembly which includes a laterally elongated cover body, one pair of flexible front and rear blades forwardly/backwardly spacedly arranged in parallel relation on the cover body, and a blower for applying a sucking function to an interval between the pair of blades so that a dirty liquid gathered by the one pair of flexible blades is sucked up from a floor surface for collection, wherein a lower side portion of the front side flexible blade is bent horizontally towards the rear side flexible blade thereby to form a contacting surface, a distal end side thereof is raised such that a small opposing space is formed between the rear side flexible blade and the front side flexible blade and secured to the cover body side, thereby defining a suction chamber, on which the sucking force of the blower is prevailed, at a lower side of the cover body, a plurality of concave or wedge-shaped guide grooves are formed in a bottom surface of the horizontally bent contacting surface, and a dirty liquid sucking cavity for intercommunicating the suction chamber and the opposing space is formed in a surface of the raised portion.

Squeegee assembly for scrubber

A squeegee assembly to be used in a floor surface cleaning machine having an elongated squeegee body, a pair of flexible front and rear blades forwardly/backwardly spacedly arranged in parallel relation on the squeegee body, and a blower for applying a sucking function to an interval between the pair of flexible blades so that a dirty liquid gathered by the pair of flexible blades is sucked up from a floor surface for collection, the squeegee assembly being characterized in that a floor contact surface of the flexible front blade in a progressing direction of the cleaning machine is formed in a serrated configuration by continuously arranging generally triangular blade surfaces in a longitudinal direction.

Squeegee assembly for floor surface cleaning machine

A squeegee assembly to be used in a floor surface cleaning machine includes an elongated squeegee body, a pair of flexible front and rear blades forwardly/backwardly spacedly arranged in parallel relation on the squeegee body, and a blower for applying a sucking function to an interval between the pair of flexible blades through a vacuum hose so that a dirty liquid gathered by the pair of flexible blades after cleaning is sucked up from a floor surface for collection. The squeegee assembly further includes a dirty liquid suction guide mounted on a lower part of a suction hole, which is in communication with the vacuum hose, within the cover member and adapted to guide a sucking force of the blower, which sucking force is sent through the vacuum hose, towards an inner wall surface of the rear flexible blade.

A feed wheel 10 provided at front and rear sides thereof with an intermittent gear 10b and a notched gear 10d, is formed on one end portion of a cylindrical cam shaft 5 for moving a printer, with a mesh-prevention side 10c left at its center. A switch cam 11 for moving a ribbon cassette upwardly and downwardly is integrally formed on one end portion of a guide shaft 4 of the printer. A notched pinion 9 having a feed gear 9a and an intermittent feed gear 9b arranged alternately on its peripherals surface is also slidably mounted on the end portion of the guide shaft 4. When the printer is moved to a two-color shifting position in accordance with a program, the printer pushes the notched pinion 9 for movement against a compression spring 8, so that the intermittent feed gear 9b and the feed gear 9a of the notched pinion 9 is brought into mesh with the intermittent gear 10b and the notched gear 10d of the feed wheel 10, respectively, to rotate the notched pinion 9 in order to pivot a switch cam 11.

Two-color shifting device for printing ribbon

A low pressure atomizing spray gun is disclosed in which paint is injected from a nozzle, an opening of the nozzle is controlled by a needle valve, air is mixed with a flow of paint, air is blown from both sides after the air-paint mixture is sprayed from a spraying nozzle and it is again mixed and atomized. The nozzle is formed as circular hole with a circular outer shape, and the spray hole is designed with a lip-like shape having different dimensions in longitudinal and lateral directions and with a conical or similar shape. Lateral air holes are furnished in front of the spray hole, at opposite positions on both sides of the spray flow and function to blow the diffusing air flow toward the spray flow. A pair of longitudinal air holes is furnished to inject the secondary air obliquely from behind the spray hole and to make the air collide with the flattened spray pattern.
