Retainer for thrust bearing and thrust bearing

There is provided a composite plain bearing having excellent heat resistance, creep resistance under high surface pressure, low friction, abrasion resistance, and other characteristics while being capable of manufacture with high productivity. A composite plain bearing () comprising an ingot metal plate () and a resin layer () comprises a resin composition in which an aromatic polyether ketone resin or the like is used as a base resin, wherein the resin layer () is overlaid by injection molding and integrally provided on the surface on the surface of the ingot metal plate () to a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm. The ingot metal plate () is chemically surface-treated on a face joined to the resin layer ().

Composite plain bearing, cradle guide, and sliding nut

Provided is an internal gear pump requiring fewer machining steps, allowing inexpensive manufacture, and offering high safety from the standpoint of function. The internal gear pumpcomprises: a trochoidin which an inner rotorhaving a plurality of outer teeth is eccentrically and rotatably accommodated in an outer rotorhaving a plurality of inner teeth, the outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth, and in which a suction-side chamber for suctioning liquid and a discharge-side chamber for discharging liquid that has been suctioned into the suction-side chamber are formed in between the inner teeth and outer teeth; a casingin which is formed a recessfor accommodating the trochoid; and a coverfor closing off the recessof the casing. At least some of the casingis a body injection-molded from a resin composition. The invention also comprises a groovein a portion of the recessof the casingin which the outer periphery is sealed, with a sealing ringinstalled therein, and bushingsmade from sintered metal that are provided integrally during injection molding in bolt fixing hole portions.

Internal gear pump

A bearing assembly for a worm drive supporting the worm of the worm drive with washer-shaped thrust slide bearings and bush-shaped radial slide (sintered oil-containing bearings) bearings. The thrust slide bearings are made of a resin containing 95 to 99.9 wt % of polyetheretherketone resin, which is an aromatic polyetherketone resin. Wear of the thrust slide bearings is reduced and its durability is improved, thereby preventing vibration and noise of the worm drive as well as improving its durability.
