An article conveyance apparatus conveys containers with carriers moved by a linear driving apparatus. The article conveyance apparatus includes a first upper side linear conveyance rail, a second lower side linear conveyance rail, a first delivery unit that is inverted while holding the carriers to deliver the carriers from a downstream end of the first conveyance rail to an upstream end of the second conveyance rail. A second delivery unit that is inverted while holding the plurality of carriers, delivers the carriers from a downstream end of the second conveyance rail to an upstream end of the first conveyance rail. An interval between the first conveyance rail (forward path) and the second conveyance rail (return path) is reduced as compared with an existing article conveyance apparatus.

Article conveyance apparatus

An assembling apparatus efficiently performs a recovery operation and a parts size change operation. A filling line (the assembling apparatus) has parts supply units that supply parts, assembling units that mount one of the parts to another part, and a conveying unit that individually moves carrierscapable of storing parts constituting an assembly. The parts supply units are provided at positions away from the assembling units, the assembling units are accommodated in an isolator having an interior maintained in an aseptic state, and gloves to perform an operation on the assembling units are provided on a side surface of the isolator. The supply units store the parts in one of the carriers, the carrier then moves into the isolator, and the assembling units take the part from the carrier, and mounts the part to the other part stored in the same carrier.

Assembling apparatus

Weighing and filling apparatus for controlling filling device based on a container weight. A linear actuator for driving a drive shaft coupled to container support unit is included, a weight measuring unit determines the container weight from a detected height of the drive shaft detected by a height detecting unit and a drive signal of the linear actuator at the detected height. A first acceleration signal is calculated from a specified height of the container support unit set in advance and the height detected by the height detecting unit, a second acceleration signal is calculated from the container weight and an expected weight expected to be applied to the container support unit. The container support unit is kept at the specified height by a drive signal calculated from the first and second acceleration signals.

Weighing and filling apparatus

A filling nozzle provided with a filling cylinder, an air-injection cylinder, and an air-supply unit. The filling cylinder is configured such that an auger rotates about the axis thereof to discharge powder through an opening provided at the lower end of the filling cylinder. The air-injection cylinder is fitted to the exterior of the filling cylinder to form an annular space between the filling cylinder and the air-injection cylinder. The air-supply unit supplies air in the annular space. A tip portion of the air-injection cylinder extends downward below the opening and has an air-discharge mouth formed in a tapered shape such that the tip portion has a diameter smaller than that of the opening.
