A traffic transfer system includes a switch () and a switch () and distributes and transfers traffic of communication on a network to a plurality of devices. The switch () determines a device of a transfer destination of input traffic among a plurality of devices by a hash function. A layer 2 (L2) switch receives session information and destination information included in upstream communication transmitted from a network device, and compresses the received session information and destination information.
