Disclosed is a display device capable of achieving a decorative effect by utilizing a color filter at the front of a light-emitting display unit. Also disclosed is a meter device using the display device. Specifically disclosed is a display device comprising a light-emitting display unit and a color filter, which is arranged at the front of the light-emitting display unit. A light-emitting element for decoration is provided on the outside of the light-emitting display unit. The color filter is provided with a light-discharging surface for discharging the light from the light-emitting element for a decorative appearance in the forward direction.

Display device and meter device using same

A connector includes a female connector housing, that has a male terminal, and a male connector housing that has a female terminal for electrical connecting to the male terminal, and that is adapted to be fitted into the female connector. The male connector housing includes an inner housing which has the female terminal, and which is adapted to be fitted in the female connector housing so that the female terminal is connected to the male terminal, and an outer housing which is adapted to support the inner housing so that the inner housing is movable in a first direction in which the inner housing is fitted in the female connector housing and in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. When the inner housing is fitted into the female connector housing, the inner housing is disposed so as to separate from the outer housing in the second direction with a first gap.

Lever-type connector

In a connector lock structureprovided at female and male connectors which can be fitted together, the female connectorhas an engagement portion, and a slide lock memberis supported on the male connectorso as to move at least in connector-inserting and connector-withdrawing directions. The slide lock memberincludes a retaining portionfor engagement with the engagement portion, and urging memberfor urging the slide lock member. When the engagement portionreaches an engagement position where it is engaged with the retaining portionat the time when the female and male connectors are completely fitted together, the slide lock memberis automatically moved by the urging member, so that the retaining portionis engaged with the engagement portion

Lock structure of connector

The fixing member of the present invention can be mounted to a fixed member that is fixed to a printed circuit board and that is used for fixing the fixed member to the printed circuit board, the fixing member including: a mounting member main body fixed to the fixed member; male connector portions having at tip ends thereof lug portions that are engaged with an opening edge of an insertion opening in the printed circuit board when inserted into the inserting opening; and contact portions that contact with a soldering land formed at the printed circuit board and are joined to the soldering land by soldering when the lug portions are engaged with the opening edge, the contact portions being formed at the mounting portion main body and the male connector portions extend arm-shaped from the mounting portion main body or from the contact portions.

Fixing member and fixing structure

A board-mount electrical connector capable of maintaining favorable solderability of a connecting section of a terminal for a long term and preventing occurrence of a whisker in a bent section of the terminal is provided. The electrical connector includes a plurality of terminals each having at one end a contact section which contacts a mating contact and having, at the other end, a connecting section which connects to a circuit board. A bent section is located in a middle portion between the contact section and the connecting section. An insulating housing holds the plurality of terminals. On each terminal, a bright tin-plated layer and a semi-bright tin plated layer are formed on respective surfaces of the contact section and the connecting section leaving the surface of the middle portion unplated by tin such that the semi-bright tin-plated layer is thicker than the bright tin-plated layer.

Electrical connector

A receptacle terminal includes a contact section. The contact section includes a substantially L-shaped contact spring, a first protection member, and a second protection member. The contact spring includes a link arm and a contact arm. The link arm has a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge. The first edge extends in a mating direction of a mating terminal. The contact arm extends along the first edge and has a tip end portion connected to the first edge. The first protection member has a first link arm protection member opposing the second edge. The second protection member has a second link arm protection member opposing the first edge. The receptacle terminal thereby ensures protection of the contact spring and necessary contact pressure between the receptacle terminal and a mating terminal while having a small external size.

A fixing member of the present invention can be mounted to a fixed member that is fixed to a printed circuit board, and is used for fixing the fixed member to the printed circuit board, the fixing member including: a male connector portion inserted into an insertion opening formed in the printed circuit board; a plurality of arm portions provided at the male connector portion; lug portions provided at each tip end side of the arm portions and engaged with an opening edge of the insertion opening; and a lug-guiding portion extending out from a tip end portion of at least one lug portion to guide the lug portion to the insertion opening when the lug-guiding portion comes in contact with the opening edge and is further pressed.

Fixing member and mounting structure

A lever fitting-type connector includes a female connector, male connector and lever. The lever includes: a pair of side plates and arranged in parallel to each other, end parts of the side plates and being separated from each other having a distance therebetween; a connecting part for connecting opposite end parts of the side plates and; and fulcrum projections formed at the respective end parts of the side plates and. The lever further includes a flange part formed from an outer edge of the fulcrum projection in an outer peripheral direction. The flange part prevents the fulcrum projections from coming off from a fulcrum projection receiving part.

Lever fitting-type connector

An electrical connector includes a connector housing having a contact engaging section with contacts which engage mating contacts, and a wire holder holding wires connected to the contacts. The connector cover is capable of moving between partially engaged position and fully engaged position. The partially engaged position is the position in which a rear end of the wire holder is housed in and the fully engaged position is the position in which the rear end of the wire holder projects from a rear end opening. The connector housing has a first engaging section engaging a mating connector in the partially engaged position. The connector cover has a second engaging section engaging the first engaging section and restraining disengagement of the first engaging section from the mating connector in the fully engaged position.

Electrical contact

The present invention is to provide a connector which is not subjected to an excess force when a locking securing unit is operated to remove engagement. The connector includes a male housing, a locking arm for engaging with a locking projection of a mating connector, a locking securing unit, and deformation switching portions. The locking securing unit is movably disposed between a regulation position to regulate a resilient deformation of the locking arm and an allowance position to allow the resilient deformation thereof. The deformation switching portions have a first interfering portion disposed on the locking arm and a second interfering portion disposed on the locking securing unit. When the locking securing unit is in the allowance position, the first and second interfering portions interfere each other and the locking arm resiliently deforms to remove engagement with the locking projection. When the locking securing unit is in the regulation position, the first and second interfering portions separate each other.

A waterproof connector has a housing formed with holding portions capable of holding terminal fittings, and formed at one end with a fitting hole into which electric wires connected to the held terminal fittings are inserted; a waterproof plug having first electric wire insertion holes corresponding to the holding portions and fitted into the fitting hole; and a holder having a body portion preventing the waterproof plug from detaching from the housing and provided on the opposite side of the waterproof plug to the terminal fittings. The body portion of the holder is formed with second electric wire insertion holes into which the electric wires inserted into the first electric wire insertion holes are inserted. Further, the body portion is formed integrally with fitting protrusions that fit into the unused first electric wire insertion holes, thereby preventing drops of water from entering the housing through the unused first electric wire insertion holes.

Waterproof connector

A shielding shell () is integrated into a housing () by insert molding, whereas a shell connecting member () is mounted on an end of a braided wire () of a shielded cable () by crimping a crimping ring () and can be brought into contact with the inner surface of the shielding shell (). A cover () is mounted on the rear end of the housing () to retain the shell connecting member (). As the crimping ring () is crimped, ribs () are formed to project and each of them is engageable with any one of turn preventing recesses () arranged at a plurality of positions along circumferential direction on the inner circumferential surface of the cover (). Thus, the shell connecting member () is prevented from turning, thereby causing no abrasion at contact portions with the shielding shell ().
