A stepping motor includes a first plate; a second plate having a side facing the first plate and a reverse side; a stator held by the first plate and the second plate axially; plural band connecting portions equipped in the first plate, disposed at a side surface of the stator, extending toward the second plate and having an engaging portion at an outer side thereof; and a band portion contacting the reverse side of the second plate, extending toward the first plate and having plural arm portions engaging respective engaging portions of the band connecting portion. The band portion is connected to the first plate while holding the second plate and the stator therebetween by engaging the plural arms with the engaging portions, the band portion is elastically deformed, the deformation causes tensile force in which the arm portions pull the band connecting portions toward the band portion.

Stepping motor

A structure reliably secures a stepping motor to a circuit board. The stepping motor has an axially protruding boss portion accommodating a shaft in the inside, which boss portion is provided to be snapped into a circuit board, axially protruding current conducting terminal pins that are made so as to be soldered to the circuit board, and securing pins not functioning as electrodes, which securing pins are made so as to be soldered to the circuit board and are arranged in a position whereby they sandwich the boss portion between themselves and the current conducting terminal pins.

A stepping motor comprises: a first plate having plural band connection portions; a second plate mounting a band; a stator; and a structure that the stator is held by the first plate and the second plate from a front side and a back side of axial direction, wherein the plural band connection portions are positioned at a side surface of the stator and extend toward the second plate, and each of the plural band connection portions has an engagement portion at an outside thereof, the band has plural arms extending toward the first plate and engaging with the engagement portion of each of the plural band connection portions, and the band is connected to the first plate by engaging the arm portions with the engagement portions in a condition that the band holds the second plate and the stator.

A stepping motor includes a stator, a rotor which is rotatable to the stator, a rotor-side position regulation part which is fixed to the rotor and is rotated together with the rotor, and a stator-side position regulation part which is fixed to the stator. The rotor includes a rotary shaft, and a rotor magnet which is mounted on an outer periphery of the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft is integrally formed with the rotor magnet by resin. The stator-side position regulation part includes a first stator-side position regulation part which contacts the rotor-side position regulation part at a first position to regulate a rotation of the rotor in one direction, and a second stator-side position regulation part which contacts the rotor-side position regulation part at a second position different from the first position to regulate a rotation of the rotor in an opposite direction to the one direction.

There is provided a stepping motor comprising: a stator assembly; a rotor assembly rotatably disposed inside the stator assembly, and including a rotary shaft rotatably supported by bearings, a sleeve fixedly attached onto the rotary shaft, and at least one magnet disposed outside the sleeve; and a preloading mechanism disposed between the sleeve and one of the bearings, and including a coil spring, and a spring holder which is composed of an outer case shaped in a cup-like configuration and an inner case shaped in a cup-like configuration, and which is adapted to house the coil spring. In the stepping motor described above, the spring holder of the preloading mechanism is formed of reinforced polyamide resin, and a washer member having a high sliladability is disposed between the preloading mechanism and the one bearing.

An electric rotary machine includes a stator comprising: a stator ring; a plurality of discrete salient poles each comprising a pole tooth, disposed inside the stator ring thereby forming a magnetic circuit, and fixed by a molding resin injected inside the stator ring; and a plurality of bobbins each constituting the salient pole, adapted to lodge the pole tooth fitted thereinto and to have a magnet wire wound thereon, and each including its outward-positioned flange having at its respective both ends two flexible thin-walled extensions which are adapted to securely hold the wound magnet wire in place, stay unbent during winding operation, and which are bent when the salient poles are put inside the stator ring.

The salient poles are each positioned and fixed such the pole tooth makes firm contact with the pole tooth ring by means of each of a plurality of mechanisms, which are arrayed circumferentially on the pole tooth ring, and which each comprise bend-ups adapted to be elastically deformed when the pole tooth is fitted into the mechanism.
