A solenoid driving a shaft in a direction along a central axis includes a coil that generates magnetic flux and a magnetic container that accommodates the coil. The container has a side surface portion and a bottom portion. A plunger arranged inside the coil and sliding in a direction along the central axis to move the shaft, and a stator core are provided. The stator core has a plunger accommodating portion and a shaft accommodating portion that accommodates the shaft and attracts the plunger. The plunger accommodating portion has a cylindrical core portion that accommodates the plunger inside, and a flange portion that is provided radially outward at an end of the core portion on the bottom portion side and is welded to the bottom portion of the container. A ring core provided on the opposite side of the shaft accommodating portion to the plunger accommodating portion is provided.

Solenoid that drives a shaft in a direction along a central axis

A solenoid valve includes a valve portion and a solenoid portion. The valve portion has a sleeve and a valve body inserted into the sleeve. The solenoid portion includes a stator core having a magnetic attraction core, a sliding core, a magnetic flux passage suppressing portion that suppresses the passage of magnetic flux between the sliding core and the magnetic attraction core, a magnetic yoke, a coil portion, a plunger, and a magnetic tubular base portion. The base portion is fastened to a first outer peripheral surface of an end on the solenoid portion side in the axial direction of the sleeve, is arranged outside a radial direction of a second outer peripheral surface of the end on the valve portion side in the axial direction of the magnetic attraction core, and comes into contact with the yoke inside the yoke.

Solenoid valve

A solenoid valve includes a valve portion and a solenoid portion. The valve portion has a sleeve and a valve body. The solenoid portion includes a tubular coil portion, a magnetic yoke having a side surface portion and a bottom portion, a columnar plunger, a shaft, a stator core having a core shaft hole for sliding the plunger in the axial direction, and a base portion having a base shaft hole. In a radial thickness of the sleeve, a thickness of a part corresponding to an end outer peripheral surface is smaller than a thickness of a sliding portion of an inner peripheral surface of the sleeve, which is a portion on which the valve body slides.

An electronically controlled throttle control apparatus prevents a throttle valve from malfunctioning due to deterioration in sliding resistance ascribable to abrasive dust at a sliding contact portion between a valve gear of a geared reduction device and a coil spring. The outer periphery of a spring inner periphery guide is provided with a plurality of groove portions as abrasive dust removing means for removing abrasive dust at least from a sliding contact portion between the outer periphery of the spring inner periphery guide and the inner periphery of a default spring, so that individual edge portions of the plurality of groove portions can rub the inner periphery of the default spring to scrape off abrasive dust from the inner periphery of the default spring and direct the abrasive dust into the plurality of groove portions.

Electronically controlled throttle control apparatus

In an electronically controlled throttle apparatus, a coil spring is shaped to extend from a U-shaped hook portion which is a joint between a first spring portion having a returning function and a second spring portion having an opening function to the other end of the second spring portion. A coating of a lubricant is provided on a sliding contact area between the inside circumferential surface of the coil spring and the outside circumferential surface of the second spring inside circumferential guide. Thus, the sliding resistance in relative motion between the coil spring and the second spring inside circumferential guide can be significantly reduced.

Electronically controlled throttle apparatus

In a gear case of a throttle body, a valve gear is fixed to one end of a throttle shaft, an intermediate reduction gear is rotatable around an intermediate shaft, a pinion gear is fixed to a motor shaft of a drive motor, and a full close position stopper is provided for defining the full close position of a throttle valve. Those are provided all in alignment with the longitudinal centerline of the gear case. For car models where the throttle body bore inside diameter is identical but the rotation direction of the drive motor differs, only some components in the gear case need be replaced and the other components in the gear case can be used as common components.
