A motor shaft of a drive apparatus extends along a first rotation axis extending in an axial direction. A gear portion is connected to one axial side of the motor shaft. A housing tubular portion extends in the axial direction and holds a stator on the radially inner surface. The first lid portion is attached to the other axial end portion of the housing tubular portion. The first bearing of the motor bearing that rotatably supports the motor shaft is a rolling bearing disposed on the first lid portion, and rotatably supports the motor shaft on the other axial side with respect to the rotor. The motor shaft and the first lid portion are electrically insulated by the first bearing.

Drive apparatus and vehicle

A shaft of a motor includes a first shaft and a second shaft extending from the first shaft to one axial side. A housing includes a neutralizing device holder that holds a first neutralizing device. The neutralizing device holder includes a seal holder that is arranged radially outward of the second shaft and holds a seal member. The first neutralizing device electrically connects the second shaft and the neutralizing device holder. The seal member seals a gap between the second shaft and the seal holder, and is arranged on the other axial side of the first neutralizing device.

Motor and drive device

A shaft of a motor includes a first shaft having a tubular shape extending in an axial direction, a lid portion disposed in one axial end portion of the first shaft, a second shaft extending on one axial side from the lid portion, a first shaft through hole penetrating the first shaft in a radial direction, and a second shaft through hole communicating with an inside of the first shaft and an external space of the shaft. The lid portion and the second shaft have conductivity. The second shaft through hole is disposed on one axial side with respect to the first shaft through hole. The second shaft is in contact with an electrical discharging device that electrically connects the shaft and the housing of the motor.

Motor

A rotor includes a rotor core, a plurality of magnets positioned radially outside the rotor core, a rotor cover having a tubular portion surrounding the rotor core and the magnet, and a resin portion coupling the rotor core and the magnet with each other. The resin portion has a first lid portion positioned on one axial side of the rotor core and the magnet. The rotor cover has a flange portion projecting radially inward from the tubular portion on one axial side of the first lid portion. The first lid portion has a recess portion depressed from a surface on one axial side of the first lid portion. The recess portion is positioned at a position overlapping between the circumferentially adjacent magnets. The flange portion has a first swage portion swaged to the other axial side and positioned inside the recess portion.

Rotor and motor

A motor assembly includes a motor including a rotor including a shaft rotatable about a rotation axis and a stator surrounding the rotor from radially outside, a housing that accommodates the motor, a bearing that is fixed to the housing and rotatably supports the shaft, a resolver including a resolver rotor fixed to the shaft and a resolver stator fixed to the housing, and a contact that has conductivity, is fixed to the housing, and is in contact with a contacted portion at an end portion on one axial side of the shaft. The housing includes an accommodation space in which the contacted portion of the shaft is accommodated. The contact and the resolver are side by side in a direction along a rotation axis in the accommodation space.

Motor unit

A motor unit includes a bearing rotatably holding a shaft, and a housing accommodating a rotor, a stator, and the bearing. The housing has an opening, a cover closing the opening and fixed to the housing, and an annular member that has an annular shape when viewed from the axial direction and is provided independently from the bearing. The cover includes an accommodation portion accommodating the annular member, one or more ribs disposed radially outward of the accommodation portion when viewed from the axial direction, and one or more fixing points fixed to the housing. The one or more ribs extend outward from the accommodation portion. When viewed from the axial direction, for at least one of the ribs, the fixing point is formed on an extension line extending outward from the rib in a direction in which the rib extends.

A stator includes a stator core disposed about a central axis and covered by an insulator, coils installed on the stator core through the insulator, and an intermediate bus bar electrically connected to a portion of a conducting wire constituting the coils. A method of manufacturing a stator includes a mounting process, a winding process, and a connecting process. An intermediate bus bar is supported at a first position spaced apart from a coil in an axial direction in a mounting portion before the start of the winding process. The intermediate bus bar is fixed at a second position between the first position and the coils in the axial direction after the completion of the winding process.

Stator manufacturing method and motor

An electric pump apparatus includes a motor, an inverter board, a coil support, a housing, and a pump portion driven by the motor. Coils include first end portions and second end portions drawn out from the coils, the first end portion and the second end portion defining both end portions of each of conducting wires of the coils. The inverter board is on a first axial side of the motor. The coil support includes a neutral point busbar that electrically connects the coils to one another. The coil support includes a first region including the first end portions arranged therein, each first end portion being directly connected to the inverter board, and a second region including the second end portions and the neutral point busbar arranged therein, each second end portion being connected to the neutral point busbar.

Electric pump apparatus

A rotor includes magnets, and a rotor core including thin film cores laminated in an axial direction and magnet holes in which the magnets are located. The rotor core includes first thin plate cores and second thin plate cores. The first thin plate cores include an annular first inner plate, first outer plates on a radially outer side of the inner plate and arrayed side by side in the circumferential direction, first inner connecting portions connecting the inner plate and the outer plate, and a first outer connecting portion that is on a radially outer side of the first outer plate and connects the adjacent outer plates in the circumferential direction.

A motor includes a rotor having a shaft centered on a central axis that extends in an axial direction, a stator which is disposed to face the rotor and includes a plurality of coils, a housing in which the rotor and the stator are housed, and a bus bar assembly that is disposed on one side of the shaft in the axial direction, wherein the bus bar assembly includes a plurality of bus bars that are electrically connected to the plurality of coils of the stator and a bus bar holder that holds the plurality of bus bars, and wherein at least one bus bar among the plurality of bus bars is placed on a disposition surface part provided on the bus bar holder and extends in a direction crossing the central axis.

A motor includes a magnet rotating together with a rotor about a central axis, a substrate on which a sensor to detect a position of the magnet is installed, a housing to hold a stator to drive the rotor, a bearing assembly including a bearing holder, and a conductor assembly between the housing and the bearing assembly. The conductor assembly includes a conductor including a first conductor electrically connected to the sensor through the substrate and a conductor holder covering the conductor. The substrate is fixed to the conductor holder. In the radial direction, a gap is located between an outer side surface of the bearing holder and an inner side surface of the conductor holder, and at least a portion of the magnet is located in the gap.

A stator includes a plurality of lead wires extending upward from a coil and a guide member supporting the lead wire above the coil. The guide member is an insulating body. The guide member includes a lower plate, an inner wall, and an upper plate. The lower plate spreads annularly around a central axis. The inner wall extends upward from an inner circumference of the lower plate. The upper plate extends from the inner wall to a radial outside. A single lead wire accommodation space exists on an upper side of the lower plate, a lower side of the upper plate, and a radial outside of the inner wall. The plurality of lead wires are circumferentially disposed along the inner wall in the lead wire accommodation space.

Stator, motor, and compressor

Described herein is a motor including a stationary section and a rotating section. The stationary section includes a stator core having a plurality of teeth, and a coil constituted by a conducting wire wound around each of the plurality of teeth. The rotating section has a plurality of magnets arranged in a circumferential direction, a rotor core which is in contact with the magnets, a magnet holder which is fixed to the rotor core, and an annular plate. The lower surface of the annular plate faces the upper surface of the magnets. Further, the annular plate is fixed to the rotor core and the magnet holder. Employing this structure enables the annular plate to further prevent an upward position shift of the magnets.

A motor may include a stationary section and a rotating section. The stationary section may include a stator core having a plurality of teeth and a coil including a conducting wire wound around each tooth. The rotating section may include a plurality of magnets arranged radially inside the coil, a rotor core, and a magnet holder holding the magnets. Each magnet may have a circumferential end face at each of both end portions in the circumferential direction. The magnet holder may include a columnar portion axially extending between adjacent magnets, and a wall surface spreading in the circumferential direction from the columnar portion. The wall surface may come into contact with a surface arranged radially outside the circumferential end face of the magnet. The circumferential end face on at least one side of the magnet may face the columnar portion with a gap interposed therebetween in the circumferential direction.

Inner rotor magnet holder

A stator unit including a coil in which a distance between an m&#x2212;1-th turn and an m-th turn is wider than each distance in a first turn to the m&#x2212;1-th turn. The m+1-th turn is disposed between the m&#x2212;1-th turn and the m-th turn. Further, in a cross-section perpendicular to a central axis and passing a tooth, an angle between a line segment connecting respective centers of the m+1-th turn and the m&#x2212;1-th turn and a line segment connecting respective centers of the m+1-th turn and the m-th turn is about 120&#xb0; or more. With this structure, bulging in a circumferential direction of the coil adjacent to an inner peripheral portion of the tooth can be suppressed and a clearance can be secured between adjacent coils such that the number of turns of the coil can be increased.
