A boost circuit that boosts a voltage using multiple capacitors and multiple diodes disposed on an insulated substrate, where the insulated substrate is divided into multiple insulated substrates, and at least one of the multiple capacitors or the multiple diodes is disposed between the insulated substrates to cross an insulation layer between the insulated substrates.

Boost circuit and voltage generation device

A voltage generator includes: a sealed case having a ground potential; a high-voltage transformer that is housed in the sealed case and boosts a voltage; a booster circuitry that is housed in the sealed case and boosts a voltage outputted from the high-voltage transformer; and a voltage detector that is housed in the sealed case and detects a voltage boosted by the booster circuitry. A first creepage path ranging from a high-voltage portion, which is a portion to which a highest voltage is applied in the voltage detector, to a ground point having an equal potential to the sealed case includes a first bent path, which is a bent path.

Voltage generator

A booster circuit includes, at a substrate end of an insulating substrate, an input part of voltage, an output part of voltage, and a conductive L-shaped joint fitting. The L-shaped joint fitting includes a plate-shaped bottom surface portion attached to the insulating substrate and a plate-shaped back surface portion bent from the bottom surface portion and extending in a specific direction. In the input part and the output part, a capacitor, a diode, and a connection line connecting the insulating substrates are electrically connected at a component connecting portion, and the L-shaped joint fitting is disposed such that a lead forming portion of a lead connected to the capacitor, a lead forming portion of a lead connected to the diode, and the component connecting portion fit within an area of a main surface of the back surface portion and an area of a main surface of the bottom surface portion.

Booster circuit and voltage generator

A voltage dividing device includes: a plurality of resistive voltage dividing boards each being a plate-like board having a front face, the board having a plurality of conductor patterns arranged on the front face, the conductor patterns being connected in series with one another through capacitors and resistors connected in parallel on the front face of the board. The resistive voltage dividing boards are connected in series with one another through connecting members, and adjacent ones of the resistive voltage dividing boards are arranged so that a rear face of one of the adjacent resistive voltage dividing boards and a front face of the other resistive voltage dividing board face each other and that the conductor patterns arranged on the front face of the one resistive voltage dividing board are disposed oppositely from the conductor patterns arranged on the front face of the other resistive voltage dividing board.

Voltage dividing device

A vehicle auxiliary power supply device includes a resonant inverter circuit that converts DC input into a desired AC voltage and outputs the AC voltage and a control unit. The control unit includes a resonance-time managing unit managing resonance time of current flowing in the resonant inverter circuit, a gate-off-command generating unit detecting overcurrent flowing in the resonant inverter circuit based on detected current of a current detector, and, when the overcurrent is detected, generating, based on detected current of the current detector and resonance time managed by the resonance-time managing unit, a gate-off command to turn off switching elements included in the resonant inverter circuit after the elapse of time after which current flowing in the switching elements becomes zero for the first time, and a gate-signal generating unit generating a gate signal that controls the switching elements to be turned off when the gate-off command is input.
