An image processing apparatus includes a display, an input device, and a processor configured to accept, through the input device, a user input of identification information about a package for delivery, acquire information about a plurality of document types used in a delivery service, generate a screen displayed on the display, the screen showing a preview of a print image for each of the document types, upon selection of a previewed print image, encode the identification information into a code, and output the selected print image together with the code for printing. The previewed print image includes a signature field and a code field in which the code is to be printed.

Print attributes are set in print type where a plurality of original paper images are arranged on at least one surface of print paper so that useless print can be prevented. A print attribute for defining a specific relationship between an original paper size and a print paper size is provided as one of the print attributes of the print type, one print attribute is selected from a plurality of options so that the specific relationship between the original paper size and the print paper size is set. Image data of a facsimile with an attached F code containing a subaddress registered in the information table is stored in a corresponding mailbox in a mailbox group. A special mailbox table stores a processing corresponding to a facsimile with an attached F code having a subaddress not registered in the information table. If the subaddress in the attached F code of a received facsimile is not registered in the information table, the image data of that facsimile is stored in a special mailbox. After this, the processing which is registered for the special mailbox is performed.
