When an initial position of an enabling switch is given as a first position (), a position of the enabling switch in which a movable member is most pressed is given as a third position (), and a rising start position of a maximum rise of a load is given as a second position (), the rising start position being between the first position () and the third position (), a minor peak () of the load appears between the first position () and the second position (). An ON switching position () is between a falling start position () of the minor peak () and the second position (). A maximum load during the minor peak () is greater than or equal to the load in the ON switching position () and less than or equal to the load in an OFF switching position ().

Enabling switch

To prevent incoincidence of contacts, a safety switch switches the contacts by cooperation of an actuator and a switch body. The switch body includes an operating cam and a locking cam that rotate due to insertion of the actuator, an operating rod that switches the contact according to rotation of the operating cam, and a locking lever that is movable toward and away from the locking cam such that the locking lever takes a lock position in which it locks rotation of the locking cam and an unlock position in which it unlocks rotation of the locking cam. The locking lever includes a bulge protruding toward the locking cam. A cam contact surface of the locking lever contacts the locking cam when the actuator moves in a drawing-out direction in an intermediate position between the lock position and the unlock position.

Safety switch

A cam of a safety switch rotates about a rotational shaft in accordance with an operation of inserting an actuator into an opening and an operation of withdrawing the actuator. A switch part includes an operation rod that reciprocates according to a rotation angle of the cam, and detects an insertion state where the actuator is inserted in the opening. In the insertion state, a locking member locks the actuator upon engagement with a part of the cam. When the operation of withdrawing the actuator is performed in a locked state of the actuator, the cam pushes the locking member in one direction, and the locking member pushes a part of a head case in the one direction. This improves locking strength of the safety switch.

In a counter mechanism of a feeding device, in each discrete feeding operation, an amount corresponding to single delivery unit of stored material is ejected and providing a simple construction and permitting the remaining amount of stored material in the device invisible from outside to be known by counting the number of delivered units of stored material. A counter mechanism of this invention comprises a fixed member () fixed to the body and having cam lobes formed in circumferential direction, a gear () having a count number display that can be monitored from the outside, a rotating member () being restricted to rotate either to a position in the rotating direction to allow feeding of a single delivery unit and a position to preventing feeding of the stored material, a ring member () which can rotates in interlock with the rotating motion of the rotating member and comprises a resiliently deformable cam follower having a jaw formed at a predetermined position in circumferential direction. The rotating member is operated for a single feeding operation, the jaw of the resilient cam follower is engaged with the gear so as to rotate the gear and increase the count by only one in the count number display.

Counter mechanism of feeding device and feeding device using such counter mechanism

A switch assembly () comprises a push-button section () and a push-button body () as an operation transmitting member, an LED box () and a contact-making contact () as a direct functioning member, and a communication-function incorporating contact (communications contact) () as an information input/output functioning member, as permitting these components to be connected with each other. Therefore, the switch assembly can respond to an operation given to the push-button body () by causing the contact-making contact () to provide an output for switching between a conductive state and a non-conductive state and by causing the communications contact () to output an information signal to a network.

Connection device

Disclosed herein is an electric terminal device as featured by providing at one side of a washer for supporting a terminal screw a washer guide section which is bent toward a terminal fixture as mated with the terminal screw and extends in a direction parallel with the axis of such terminal screw while providing a recovery spring between a housing and a midway portion in back of the washer guide section (at the opposite side to the terminal screw), wherein where no lead wires are implemented therein, it is possible to let the device be in the recovered state due to presence of the recovery-spring force thus enabling a lead wire to be directly inserted into a gap above the terminal fixture; conversely, where the wire is to be taken out of it, unlocking the terminal screw may permit automatic recovery at the recovered state due to application of the recovery spring force. This may reduce complexity of required wiring works while increasing wiring-work efficiency even during close-contact attachment of the device.
