A hydraulic mount includes: a container in which a high-viscosity fluid is liquid-tightly sealed; a rubber mount that is provided on an upper side of the container; a rod that slidably penetrates through the rubber mount; a damper plate that is provided to an end of the rod; a damping force generator that is provided by a clearance between the container and the damper plate; a main fluid chamber that includes an upper fluid chamber and a lower fluid chamber provided by dividing an interior of the container by the damper plate; a volume-variable secondary fluid chamber that communicates with the main fluid chamber; and a pressurizer that generates a differential pressure between the upper fluid chamber and the lower fluid chamber during the movement of the rod.

Liquid sealed mount

The crawler-type travel device includes a plurality of shoe plates, a first link section, a rotational wheel, and a shaft. The rotational wheel includes a first roller and a second roller. The first roller makes contact with first end portions corresponding to axial outer ends of the first link members forming the first link section. The second roller is aligned with and disposed on the axial inner side of the first roller. The second roller is rotatable independently from the first roller. The second roller makes contact with second end portions corresponding to axial inner ends of the first link members.

Crawler-type travel device and rotational wheel assembly

A vibration isolator includes layered rubbers interposed between a support body and a movable body, and a pair of dampers attached to the support body at one ends and to the movable body at the other ends. The layered rubbers are arranged to be spaced apart in an anterior and posterior direction and in a left and right direction, with reference to a direction in which an operator faces when seated. One of the dampers is arranged at a position corresponding to a middle of the left and right direction between the layered rubbers arranged in the left and right direction, and aligned in the anterior and posterior direction. The other one of the dampers is arranged closer to an anterior side than a middle of the anterior and posterior direction between the layered rubbers arranged in the anterior and posterior direction, and aligned in the lift and right direction.

An object of the invention is to provide a blade preferable for being mounted on various kinds of work machines, particularly work machines for digging, carrying of soil and leveling, in which increase in a quantity of soil per tractional force is achieved with a simple structure to reduce consumption horsepower and increase fuel consumption efficiency thereby leading to low cost.

An object of the invention is to provide a blade preferable for being mounted on various kinds of work machines, particularly work machines for digging, carrying of soil and leveling, in which increase in a quantity of soil per tractional force is achieved with a simple structure to reduce consumption horsepower and increase fuel consumption efficiency thereby leading to low cost. A blade comprises a central front face section having a linear first cutting edge at a bottom end thereof, a jointed front face section having a second cutting edge which continues from the first cutting edge and extends backward in an expanding manner at a predetermined angle, and an end front face section having a third cutting edge which continues from the second cutting edge and extended forward in an expanding manner at a predetermined angle. Each blade front face of the central front face section, the jointed front face section and the end front face section is constructed of a continuously curved concave face in upward and downward directions thereof. Preferably, a blade width of the first cutting edge is set larger than an internal width between right and left traveling units or a distance between opposing faces of a pair of right and left brackets for lift cylinders.

A crawler track tension adjusting device is provided in which a driving unit having a closed structure carries out automatic tension adjustment in response to a control signal to create optimum tension on a crawler belt. The crawler track tension adjusting device includes a tension adjusting cylinder which is operable to control the tension and is actuated by a hydraulic pump that is driven by a motor. An electromagnetic direction selector valve is disposed in an oil pipeline for connecting the hydraulic pump to the tension adjusting cylinder, and a hydraulic sensor for detecting the operating condition of the tension adjusting cylinder is disposed in the hydraulic circuit in which the tension adjusting cylinder, the hydraulic pump and the selector valve are provided. The hydraulic sensor is connected to a controller to operate the hydraulic pump and the direction selector valve so as to control the tension adjusting cylinder.

A fluid cylinder with a swivel joint which is more improved with high utility is provided. To this end, in the fluid cylinder, a flow passage (R) leading to a chamber (F) at the rod side of the cylinder is provided inside a rod (), and a pin hole (H) in a rod front end portion (F) and a pin (P) fitted in the pin hole (H) are formed into a swivel joint so that the flow passage (R) is always guided to an outside even if the pin hole (H) and the pin (P) are relatively rotated.

A traveling apparatus of a crawler vehicle can achieve both reduction of an impact applied to an operator cab and maintenance of high traction force even at a time of backward traveling on a ground surface having an irregularity. Right and left track frames () are mounted to pivot shafts () respectively mounted to right and left sides of a rear end portion of a main frame () so as to freely swing in a vertical direction, a rear frame () having a horizontal shaft apparatus () arranged therein is suspended to a rear portion of the main frame so as to freely swing in the vertical direction, final reduction gears () are attached to right and left outer sides of the rear frame, and an output shaft of the horizontal shaft apparatus is connected to an input shaft of the final reduction gear.

A hydraulic shovel is provided which comprises a pair of left and right running/rotation pedals ( L and R) for running or rotating a vehicle, and a single running/rotation lever which is installed separately from the pedals for similarly running or rotating the vehicle.
