Provided is a combustion system using a catalyst having better denitration efficiency at low temperatures, during a selective catalytic reduction reaction in which ammonia is used as a reducing agent. This combustion system comprises: a combustion device that combusts fuel; an exhaust path through which flows exhaust gas generated from the combustion of fuel in the combustion device; a dust collection device that is arranged on the exhaust path and collects ash dust/dust in the exhaust gas; and a denitration device that is arranged on the exhaust path and removes nitrogen oxides from the exhaust gas by means of a denitration catalyst, wherein the denitration device is arranged downstream of the dust collection device on the exhaust path, and the denitration catalyst contains vanadium oxide including vanadium pentoxide and has a defect site in which an oxygen atom is deficient in a crystal structure of the vanadium pentoxide.

Combustion system

Provided is a combustion system using a catalyst having better denitration efficiency at low temperatures, during a selective catalytic reduction reaction in which ammonia is used as a reducing agent. This combustion system comprises: a combustion device that combusts fuel; an exhaust path through which flows exhaust gas generated from the combustion of fuel in the combustion device; a dust collection device that is arranged on the exhaust path and collects soot/dust in the exhaust gas; and a denitration device that is arranged on the exhaust path and removes nitrogen oxides from the exhaust gas by means of a denitration catalyst, wherein the denitration device is arranged downstream of the dust collection device on the exhaust path, and the denitration catalyst contains vanadium oxide, has a carbon content of 0.05 wt % or more, and has a defect site in which oxygen deficiency occurs in a crystal structure.

A combustion systemincludes a combustion devicethat burns fuel, an exhaust line Lthrough which exhaust gas flows, the exhaust gas being generated through combustion of the fuel in the combustion device, an air preheaterthat is disposed in the exhaust line Land that recovers heat from the exhaust gas, and a denitration devicethat is disposed in the exhaust line Land that removes nitrogen oxide from the exhaust gas using a denitration catalyst. The denitration deviceis disposed downstream from the air preheaterin the exhaust line L, and the denitration catalyst contains 43 wt % or more of vanadium pentoxide and has a BET specific surface area of 30 m/g or more.

There is provided a method for recycling a catalyst that exhibits a high denitration efficiency at a relatively low temperature and does not cause oxidation of SOin a selective catalytic reduction reaction that uses ammonia as a reducing agent. A method for recycling a denitration catalyst includes a step of spraying an aqueous solution with a pH of 7 or more onto a used denitration catalyst while the denitration catalyst is set in a denitration device to remove a surface of the denitration catalyst. The denitration catalyst contains 43 wt % or more of vanadium pentoxide and has a BET specific surface area of 30 m/g or more. The denitration catalyst after recycling is used for denitration at 200&#xb0; C. or lower.

Method for recycling denitration catalyst

There is provided a catalyst that exhibits a high denitration efficiency at a relatively low temperature and does not cause oxidation of SOin a selective catalytic reduction reaction that uses ammonia as a reducing agent. A denitration catalyst is obtained by coating a substrate with a catalyst component. The catalyst component contains 43 wt % or more of vanadium pentoxide and has a BET specific surface area of 30 m/g or more. The denitration catalyst is used for denitration at 200&#xb0; C. or lower.

Denitration catalyst and method for producing the same

A combustion systemfor ships includes an internal combustion enginethat burns fuel, an exhaust line Lthrough which exhaust gas flows, the exhaust gas being generated through combustion of the fuel in the internal combustion engine, an exhaust heat recovery devicethat is disposed in the exhaust line Land that recovers exhaust heat from the exhaust gas discharged from the internal combustion engine, and a denitration devicethat is disposed in the exhaust line Land that removes nitrogen oxide from the exhaust gas using a denitration catalyst. The denitration deviceis disposed downstream from the exhaust heat recovery devicein the exhaust line L. The denitration catalyst contains 43 wt % or more of vanadium pentoxide and has a BET specific surface area of 30 m/g or more.

A denitration catalyst molded in a block shape contains 43 wt % or more of vanadium pentoxide. The denitration catalyst has a BET specific surface area of 30 m/g or more and is used for denitration at 200&#xb0; C. or lower.

The gold cluster catalyst has a carrier supporting clusters, each of which is an aggregate of a plurality of gold atoms, which can be obtained by providing the carrier supporting a plurality of gold cluster compounds and then processing the gold cluster compounds on the carrier, in which each of the gold cluster compounds is stabilized by an organic ligand and including a predetermined number of gold atoms. In the gold cluster catalyst, each of the clusters may have a particle diameter of 10 nm or less and be formed substantially only of gold atoms.
