A water blocking structure of a wire harness and a method for manufacturing the wire harness is provided. The water blocking structure includes a set of wires including a plurality of wires arranged in at least one row and side by side in a direction of a diameter of the wire, and an integrally molded stopper made of a hard resin that is injection-molded at a low-pressure so as to surround a portion of the set of wires in an extending direction of the wires and to have an outer circumferential shape defining portion that conforms to an inner circumferential shape of a wire passage portion into which the set of wires is to be inserted.

Method for manufacturing wire harness

A protection tube with latch in which a latch that is formed engageable with an attachment hole of a panel is molded integral with a protection tube that receives an electric wire, and a manufacturing apparatus of the protection tube with latch. The protection tube with latch includes a latch to be engaged with the attachment hole of the panel having the electric wire wired therein disposed on an outer peripheral face of the protection tube that is formed tubular and receives the electric wire.

A waterproof structure of a wire harness includes at least one bundle of an electric wire group in which a plurality of electric wires are linearly arranged, a damming part made of a hard resin material, the damming part which surrounds a part of the electric wire group in an extension direction of the electric wire group and which includes an outer periphery shape part according to a shape of a trapezoidal through hole in an electric wire group insertion part with a divided structure, and a water stop material which prevents water from entering a gap between the electric wire group insertion part and the outer periphery shape part and which is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the through hole.

A clamp mark includes a mark main body, flange parts and a linear rib. The mark main body has a cylindrical shape. The mark main body is made of resin material by molding. The mark main body covers a circumference of an electric wire entirely in a circumference direction of the electric wire at a predetermined position of the electric wire in an axial direction of the electric wire. The flange parts are respectively provided on both ends of the mark main body in an axial direction of the mark main body so as to project outward in a radial direction of the mark main body from an outer peripheral surface of the mark main body. The rib is provided on and projected from the outer peripheral surface of the mark main body.

Clamp mark and wire harness

A wire protection member includes: a flexible cylindrical wire protection tube; a cylindrical covering member that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the wire protection tube by molding; and a locking tool that is formed integrally with the cylindrical covering member to allow the locking tool to be locked to a mounting hole of a vehicle body panel. The cylindrical covering member includes: a thick portion that is formed to be thicker in radial thickness than another outer circumferential portion in a circumferential direction on which at least the locking tool is provided to protrude; and a flat surface or a gentle curved surface that is formed in an outer surface of the thick portion and that is substantially parallel to a plane passing through an axis of the wire protection tube.

A clamp mark includes a mark main body and flange parts. The mark main body, is made of resin material by molding, and covers a circumference of an electric wire entirely in a circumference direction of the electric wire at a predetermined position of the electric wire in an axial direction of the electric wire. The flange parts are respectively provided on both end portions of the mark main body in the axial direction of the electric wire so as to project outward in a radial direction of the electric wire from an outer peripheral surface of the mark main body. A cross section of the mark main body, which is perpendicular to the axial direction, is not precise circle.

Provided is a protection tube with latch in which a latch that is formed engageable with an attachment hole of a panel is molded integral with a protection tube that receives an electric wire, and a manufacturing apparatus of the protection tube with latch. The protection tube with latch includes a latch to be engaged with the attachment hole of the panel having the electric wire wired therein disposed on an outer peripheral face of the protection tube that is formed tubular and receives the electric wire.

A wire protection member includes: a flexible cylindrical wire protection tube, in which a plurality of large diameter portions and a plurality of small diameter portions are arranged alternately such that concave outer circumferential grooves are formed between adjacent ones of the large diameter portions across the corresponding small diameter portion; and a connection member in which a connection portion and a locking tool are formed integrally. The connection portion connects a plurality of annular portions formed in a plurality of the outer circumferential grooves respectively by molding. The locking tool is allowed to be locked to a mounting hole of a vehicle body panel.

A sheath member has a cylindrical and flexible main body to accommodate an electric wire and a deformation restricting portion molded on an outer peripheral side of the main body and extending over a predetermined shape maintaining range such that the main body is maintained in a desired routing shape.

A flat harness is machined by providing a punching machine that includes a first punching device and a second device, and forming different types of hole portions in the shape on the insulating portion of the flat harness in a die cutting process by using the first punching device and the second punching device.

A crimping structure includes a crimping terminal that has a base plate and a crimping blade part on the base plate, a coated electric wire that has a conductor which is electrically connected to the crimping blade part by crimping the coated electric wire to the crimping blade, and is bend to be formed into a mountain-like shape whose top part is a connecting part where the conductor and the crimping blade part are connected, and an insulative resin part that covers a part of the coated electric wire from the top part to hem parts at two sides of the mountain-like shape and the crimping blade part.

The clip includes a main body, a latch part upstanding from a lower face of the main body and is latched into the attaching hole, and an electric wire fixing part disposed on an upper face of the main body and integrally molded on an outer periphery of the electric wire so as to fix the electric wire, the electric wire fixing part including an engaging projection engaging with an inner periphery of a protect tube passing the electric wire therethrough and protecting the electric wire, and a restriction part.
