A first gap and a second gap are formed between the base side protruding portion and the housing side protruding portion in a perpendicular direction with respect to an incident direction of radiation at different positions. The first gap and the second gap are different from each other in distance in the perpendicular direction between the base side protruding portion and the housing side protruding portion.
