An engine system for a working machine includes an engine disposed in a main body of the working machine, an exhaust manifold coupled to the engine, a tail pipe, an exhaust-gas purification device disposed in the main body and including an exhaust-gas inlet-side housing. The exhaust-gas inlet-side housing includes an exhaust-gas inlet coupled to the exhaust manifold, and an exhaust-gas outlet-side housing including an exhaust-gas outlet coupled to the tail pipe. The exhaust-gas purification device is configured to purify exhaust gas discharged from the engine and to cause the purified exhaust gas to be discharged from the tail pipe to an outside of the engine system. The engine system is configured such that a silencer housing is disposable in the exhaust-gas inlet-side housing, the exhaust-gas outlet-side housing, or both, to attenuate exhaust sound of the engine.

Engine system for working machine configured to contain noise reduction equipment

An engine includes an exhaust-gas purification device. The exhaust-gas purification device purifies exhaust gas. The exhaust-gas purification device includes electrical components. The electrical components detect the states of the exhaust-gas purification device. The engine includes a cooling-water circulation mechanism for circulating cooling water for the engine. Further, a portion of the cooling water circulated by the cooling-water circulation mechanism cools the electrical components.

Engine device and stationary work machine having same mounted thereon

A diesel engine includes an exhaust-gas purification device and allows the exhaust-gas purification device to be disposed at the upper face side of the diesel engine. The exhaust-gas purification device purifies exhaust gas discharged from the diesel engine. The direction of a long side of the exhaust-gas purification device is perpendicular to the direction in which a crankshaft, included in the diesel engine, extends. An exhaust throttle device is disposed between an exhaust manifold, included in the diesel engine, and an exhaust gas inlet, included in the exhaust-gas purification device.

Engine device

An engine includes an exhaust gas purification device for treating exhaust gas. The exhaust gas purification device is arranged on the upper surface side of the engine. Regarding structure in which an exhaust throttle device is provided in an installation portion of an exhaust manifold on one side of the engine, the exhaust throttle device is inclined and disposed with respect to the right side surface of the engine in a plan view, and a gap is formed between the right side surface of a head cover and the inner side surface of the exhaust throttle device.

An exhaust gas purification device having such a structure that exhaust gas can uniformly flow into without depending on a shape of an exhaust gas inlet pipe. A gas purification body which purifies the exhaust gas, a purification casing which accommodates the gas purification body, an exhaust gas inlet pipe which communicates with an exhaust gas inflow port of the purification casing, and an exhaust gas outlet pipe which communicates with an exhaust gas outflow port of the purification casing. The exhaust gas inlet pipe is attached to the purification casing in such a manner as to cover the exhaust gas inflow port and extend in a longitudinal direction of the purification casing. An introduction passage of the exhaust gas is formed by an outside surface of the purification casing and an inside surface of a pipe wall of the exhaust gas inlet pipe. A portion extending along the purification casing in the pipe wall is inclined so as to come close to the outside surface of the purification casing in proportion to heading for an exhaust gas outlet side from an exhaust gas inlet side.

Exhaust gas purification device

It is a technical problem to provide an engine device that includes an exhaust gas purification device, which can be efficiently arranged in an engine installation space. The engine is arranged on the lower side of an operating seat, and a flywheel housing is arranged in such a manner as to be positioned on the front portion side of a traveling machine body, and the exhaust gas purification device is arranged on the upper side of the rear of the engine. Also, the engine is coupled with an air cleaner that draws in fresh air on the left side thereof. Furthermore, a hood includes a hood cover configured to be openable/closable in the rear thereof and covers the upper portion of the exhaust gas purification device.

An engine is disposed below an operator's seat in such a manner that a flywheel housing is located at the front of a traveling machine body. An exhaust gas purification device is disposed behind the engine and below a radiator. The engine is connected, on the left side thereof, to an air cleaner for taking in fresh air, and is connected, on the right side thereof, to an exhaust pipe which is connected to the air inlet side of the exhaust gas purification device.

An exhaust gas purification device capable of enhancing handling operability such as maintenance of an engine includes two gas purification bodies which purify exhaust gas discharged from the engine, inner cases in which the gas purification bodies are incorporated, and outer cases in which the inner cases are incorporated. The outer cases are arranged side by side in a moving direction of exhaust gas and connected to each other. One of the adjoining inner cases is inserted into the other inner case to form a double-layer structure. A loosely-fitting gap is formed between an inner side surface of the one inner case and an outer side surface of the other inner case.

There is provided an engine device in which a gas purifying filter can be disposed, with high rigidity, in an engine as one of constituent parts of the engine, the need of countermeasures against exhaust gas for each of devices such as vehicles is eliminated, and general versatility of the engine can be enhanced. The engine device includes an engine having an exhaust manifold, and a gas purifying filter which purifies exhaust gas discharged from the engine, front and rear engine leg mounting portions provided on one side surface of the engine include front and rear filter supporting bodies which support the gas purifying filter, the gas purifying filter includes the front and rear filter supporting bodies, and the front and rear filter supporting bodies are connected to the front and rear engine leg mounting portions.

An engine device in which a support structure of an exhaust throttle device can be made as a high rigidity structure, and it is possible to prevent the exhaust throttle device from being heated by radiation heat from peripheries of the exhaust throttle device. The engine device of the invention includes an engine having an exhaust manifold, and the exhaust throttle device adjusts exhaust gas pressure of the exhaust manifold An exhaust gas intake side of a throttle valve case of the exhaust throttle device is fastened to an exhaust gas outlet of the exhaust manifold, and an exhaust gas pipe is connected to the exhaust manifold through the throttle valve case. An intermediate portion of a cooling pipe of an EGR cooler is provided with a cooling water pipe of the exhaust throttle device.

Provided is an engine apparatus that ensures highly accurate adjustment of the exhaust gas pressure of an exhaust manifold while providing an exhaust gas throttle device with a support structure of increased rigidity. The engine apparatus includes: an engine including the exhaust manifold; and the exhaust gas throttle device to adjust an exhaust gas pressure of the exhaust manifold. An exhaust gas intake side of a throttle valve easing of the exhaust gas throttle device is fastened to an exhaust gas exit of the exhaust manifold. An exhaust pipe is coupled to the exhaust manifold through the throttle valve casing.

Engine apparatus

Disclosed is an engine device in which a diesel particulate filter is disposed, with high rigidity, in an engine as one constituent part of the engine, the need for countermeasures against exhaust gas for each of the devices of a vehicle is eliminated, and general versatility of the engine can be enhanced. The engine device includes an engine having an exhaust manifold, and an exhaust gas purifying device which purifies exhaust gas discharged from the engine. A plurality of filter supporting bodies which support the exhaust gas purifying deviceare provided in a cylinder head of the engine. The diesel particulate filter is connected to the exhaust manifold, and is also connected to the cylinder head by the plurality of filter supporting bodies.

An object is to reduce man-hours for evaluations of design, test, and the like for securing an exhaust gas purifier to an engine, while also making the exhaust gas purifier more compact. The exhaust gas purifier includes a plurality of filter bodies and to purify exhaust gas discharged from the engine, a purification casing including a plurality of purification cases that house the filter bodies, an exhaust gas pressure sensor to detect an exhaust gas pressure in the purification casing, and an exhaust gas temperature sensor to detect an exhaust gas temperature in the purification casing. The two sensors are disposed on the outer circumferential side of the purification casing so as to fit in the length range in the purification casing in the exhaust gas flow direction.

Exhaust emission control device

A exhaust gas purification device is structured such that it is possible to improve an assembling work ability or a maintenance work ability of gas purifying bodies or exhaust gas purifying cases. In an exhaust gas purification device provided with gas purifying bodies which purify an exhaust gas discharged by an engine, and a gas purifying housing which is provided with the gas purifying bodies therein, the exhaust gas purification device is structured such that a support bracket which supports the gas purifying housing is provided, a bolt hole is formed in the support bracket, an insertion guide is formed in the support bracket, and an attaching bolt is engaged with and disengaged from the bolt hole via the insertion guide.
