The present invention relates to a plastic film () formed by a co-extrusion method, and an infusion bag formed thereof. The plastic film () includes at least three layers having: a first layer () constituted by a polyamide obtained by a ring-opening polymerization of a lactam having 11 or more carbon atoms or by polycondensing of an &#x3c9;-amino acid having 11 or more carbon atoms, or a polyamide obtained by copolycondensing a dicarboxylic acid having 10 or more carbon atoms and a diamine having 6 or more carbon atoms; a second layer () containing a copolymer of an &#x3b1;-olefin and an anhydride monomer of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid as the major component; and a sealing layer () containing a polyethylene as the major component.

Plastic film and infusion bag

The present invention relates to a plastic film for medical containers having an oxygen absorbing function including at least 4 layers () and formed by a co-extrusion method, and an infusion bag formed thereof, in which the 4 layers include: a first layer () constituted by a polyamide obtained by a ring-opening polymerization of a lactam 11 or more carbon atoms or by polycondensing of an &#x3c9;-amino acid having 11 or more carbon atoms, or a polyamide obtained by copolycondensing a dicarboxylic acid having 10 or more carbon atoms and a diamine having 6 or more carbon atoms; a second layer () of a mixed composition that is adjacent to the first layer and contains an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer of an &#x3b1;-olefin and a monomer of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride of an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid as the major component, and a transition metal salt and a polyene-based polymer having an unsaturated double bond as accessory components; a third layer () that is adjacent to the second layer and contains a copolymer of an &#x3b1;-olefin and an anhydride monomer of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid as the major component; and a sealing layer containing a polyethylene as the major component.

Infusion container with multiple chambers

A medical container produced from a film or sheet having at least one resin layer comprising a polyolefin resin composition, wherein the polyolefin resin composition comprises includes (A) at least one propylene-base polymer which is (A) a specific propylene-base polymer composition, (A) a propylene-base block copolymer and (A) a specific propylene-base block copolymer composition, and (B) an ethylene-base copolymer including an ethylene and at least one &#x3b1;-olefin having 4 or more carbon atoms, and the refractive index of the xylene-soluble portion of the mixture of polymers (A) and (B) is from 1.480 to 1.495.

Medical container

An aliphatic polyester resin composition having a low combustion beat, characterized in that a filler is mixed with an aliphatic polyester having a number-average molecular weight of at least 10,000, synthesized from glycol and aliphatic polybasic acid or acid derivative thereof. A sheet formed from the composition bas excellent tensile strength, stiffness and impact strength as well as being biodegradable.

Polyester resin composition

A sheet formed by using as a main component an aliphatic polyester having a melt viscosity of 1.0.times.10.sup.3 -1.0.times.10.sup.6 poises at a temperature of 190.degree. C. and a shear rate of 100 sec.sup.-1, and having a melting point of 70.degree.-190.degree. C. The sheet of the present invention is biodegraded when buried in soil and is excellent in mechanical properties and transparency. The sheet is also superior in non-absorbency of aroma as well as heat-sealability and formability.

Polyester sheet

A monofilament of a thermoplastic resin having a high tenacity is produced by a process in which a monofilament is melt spun at a temperature of 220.degree. C. to 310.degree. C. from a thermoplastic resin through a nozzle having a cross-sectional area S (mm.sup.2) satisfying the following equations: ##EQU1## wherein I is a maximum cross-sectional secondary moment max (Ix, Iy) (i.e., the maximum secondary moment in the cross-sectional secondary moments with respect to the main x axis and y axis passing through the center of the gravity of the cross-section); and, then, is subjected to a multi-stage stretching under the conditions satisfying the following equations: ##EQU2## wherein i is a number of stretching stages, e is a base of natural logarithm (i.e., 2.71828), V.sub.1 is the first take-off linear velocity (m/min), V.sub.i+1 is the final take-off linear velocity (m/min) at the i-stretching stage, DR.sub.Ti is the total stretching ratio at the i-stretching stage, DR.sub.Tiw is the DR.sub.Ti from which the monofilament begins to become whitened at the i-stretching stage, T.sub.m is the melting point of the thermoplastic resin and .theta..sub.i is the temperature of the filament at the i-stretching stage.
