A lid body includes a terminal member of at least one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode, a sealing plate including an attachment hole for attaching the terminal member, and a sealing material containing a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic filler. The terminal member is inserted into the attachment hole and attached to the sealing plate in a state in which the sealing material is joined to a peripheral portion of the attachment hole. Here, as the inorganic filler, an inorganic substance having a volume change rate of 20% or less after being immersed for 7 days in a test electrolyte, which is prepared at 65° C., and which contains 1200 ppm of water and 1 M of LiPF, and moreover in which a volume ratio of a solvent thereof satisfies a relationship of ethylene carbonate:diethyl carbonate:dimethyl carbonate=1:1:1, is used.

A method for producing a power storage device includes an insert-molding step of making a resin member by insert-molding with respect to a terminal member inserted in an insertion hole of a lid. In this insert-molding step, the insertion hole of the lid is placed in front of a gate, and a molten resin is injected through the gate to flow in an opposite gate-side space in a cavity through the insertion hole, allowing the molten resin to spread over the entire cavity, to form the resin member.

A nano projection structure inspection apparatus herein disclosed includes an inspection light irradiation part and a chromameter. A pressing member is configured to press a portion-to-be-pressed of a continuous-fiber sheet against a recessed surface of a first mold in a state where the continuous-fiber sheet is placed between the first mold and a second mold. A pulling member is configured to bring the continuous-fiber sheet into close contact with the main surface and the recessed surface by pulling a portion of the continuous-fiber sheet located on an outer peripheral side of the portion-to-be-pressed after the pressing member presses the portion-to-be-pressed against the recessed surface.

Strength of a resin case is improved. A continuous fiber sheet includes a bottom surface portion which forms a bottom surface of the resin case, an erected wall portion which is erected from the bottom surface portion and forms a peripheral wall of the resin case, and a stepped portion in which the continuous fiber sheet connecting the bottom surface portion and the erected wall portion to each other is bent like steps along the peripheral wall. A resin member includes a rib portion which is bonded to the stepped portion and extends from the stepped portion toward an outer edge of the resin case.

Resin case

A motor stator includes a plurality of stator cores constituted of divided cores and cassette coils which are conductive coils. One of the divided core and the cassette coil is integrally formed with an insulator of a thermosetting resin by insert molding. A stator assembly including the plurality of cassette coils is covered with a thermosetting resin by molding to produce the state.
