Through positioning between a first mark portion of a first substrate body and a second mark portion of a second substrate body, a first connection terminal portion and a second connection terminal portion are superimposed on each other simultaneously with the superimposition of the second substrate body on the first substrate body. In addition, a first substrate cut-off portion and a second substrate cut-off portion are also superimposed on each other. The first connection terminal portion of a first row and the second connection terminal portion of the first row are electrically bonded to each other by thermo-compression bonding or the like.

A wireless power transmission system for wirelessly transmitting electric power from a power transmitting device to a power receiving device using magnetic field coupling between a power transmitting coil and a power receiving coil is provided. The power transmitting device includes a power transmitting circuit generating an electric signal for transmitting electric power, first and second power transmitting coils compatible with first and second transmission methods, respectively, a first magnetic substance on which the first power transmitting coil is placed, a second magnetic substance on which the second power transmitting coil is placed, and a power feeding surface on which the power receiving device is to be placed. First and second attachment surfaces of the first and second magnetic substances, respectively, are located on the lower side of the power feeding surface and arranged on a same plane surface parallel to the power feeding surface.

Wireless power transmission system

A method of writing servo patterns to a floppy disk with use of a magnetic head having a head gap wider than the track pitch of the floppy disk, which method comprises writing a servo pattern to one track, thereafter moving the magnetic head by a predetermined distance in the width direction of the track to write a servo pattern, then at the time of writing servo patterns successively for a plurality of tracks in the same way as above, selecting appropriately a supply timing of write data and that of erase data to be fed to the magnetic head, and erasing in the next writing of a servo pattern a write portion of a servo pattern which deviated from the track width in the previous writing thereof.
