A substrate unit includes a first connector including a first terminal and a first housing accommodating the first terminal, and to be connected to an external connector, a first substrate on which the first connector is mounted, a second connector including a second terminal and a second housing accommodating the second terminal, and to be connected to the external connector, a second substrate on which the second connector is mounted and a case accommodating the first substrate and the second substrate. The first housing is provided with a first locking portion. The second housing is provided with a second locking portion. The first locking portion and the second locking portion are locked to each other. The first terminal and the second terminal are disposed to face an opening provided in the case through which the external connector is to be connected to the first connector and the second connector.

Substrate unit and manufacturing method of substrate unit

A communications system includes: a control device; a standard proxy input/output circuit configured to control a standard electric device; and an extension proxy input/output circuit configured to control an extension electric device. The control device and the standard proxy input/output circuit are provided on one substrate, and the control device and the extension proxy input/output circuit are connected to each other via an electric wire.

Communication system and layout method of communication system

A communication system includes a seat unit, and a vehicle unit configured to wirelessly communicate with the seat unit. The seat unit includes a control section, a switch input circuit configured to output an on-off signal corresponding to an on-off state of a switch mounted on the seat, and a first power switch configured to turn power supply to the switch input circuit on and off. The vehicle unit is configured to transmit a start command. The control section is configured to switch, upon receipt of the start command during a standby state in which the first power switch is constantly turned off, to a normal state in which the first power switch is intermittently turned on, and to receive, after switching to the normal state, the on-off signal in response to turning on of the first power switch and to transmit the on-off signal to the vehicle unit.

Communication system and seat unit

A communication system includes a host control device and a vicarious inputting and outputting unit that controls an electric device by communicating with the host control device. The vicarious inputting and outputting unit includes a standard board provided with a first control circuit which controls the electric device and at least one of an input circuit and an output circuit for a standard electric device. The first control circuit has an extension terminal for connection to an extension board provided with at least one of an input circuit and an output circuit for an extended electric device and is provided so as to be able to operate in response to respective specifications of plural kinds of extension terminals, and a specification of the extension terminal is set through communication with the host control device.

Communication system and vicarious inputting and outputting unit

An electronic unit includes a first board and a second board which are stacked on each other, a first connector mounted on a surface of the first board which faces the second board, and a second connector mounted on a surface of the second board which faces the first board. Each of the first connector and the second connector has a fitting portion and a lock portion configured to lock a fitting of the fitting portion. The fitting portion and the lock portion of the first connector are provided between the first board and the second board in a stack direction in which the first board and the second board are stacked. The fitting portion and the lock portion of the second connector are provided between the first board and the second board in the stack direction.

Electronic unit

A seat unit includes a light receiving circuit configured to output a pulsed light detection signal in two levels depending on a light reception, a switch input circuit configured to output a pulsed on-off signal in two levels depending on whether a switch mounted on the seat is turned on or turned off, a logic circuit configured to output a turn-on signal upon receipt of the light detection signal in a level indicating the light reception and the on-off signal in a turn-on level, a light emitting circuit configured to emit light upon receipt of the turn-on signal, and a delay circuit configured to delay the light detection signal. The switch input circuit cuts off, upon receipt of the delayed light detection signal in a level indicating no light reception, the power supply from a battery to the switch and to output the on-off signal in the turn-on level.

Seat unit

An in-vehicle communication system including independent communication hub devices each incorporating a function of relaying communication and a function of controlling a communication path among a plurality of communication connectors, in which each of the communication hub devices includes an internal power supply unit configured to generate, based on input power supply power supplied from a main power supply on a vehicle side, stabilized power supply power necessary for operation of an internal circuit, and a backup power supply output unit configured to supply the input power supply power or the stabilized power supply power generated by the internal power supply unit to the other communication hub device as backup power, in which a backup power supply line is provided which connects the backup power supply output units of the plurality of communication hub devices.

In-vehicle communication system

A vehicle interior lighting system includes an illuminating unit provided in an interior of a vehicle, an imaging unit that captures a depth image including a distance to an object person in the interior, an estimating unit that estimates a three-dimensional human body model of an object person from a depth image captured by the imaging unit, a predicting unit that predicts a movement intention of an object person in an interior based on the human body model estimated by the estimating unit, and an operation controller that controls lighting of the illuminating unit according to the movement intention predicted by the predicting unit.

An electric connection box includes: the housing, or a plurality of communication connectors provided therein; a communication switch circuit, which is provided inside the housing, has a communication relay function and controls a communication path between the plurality of communication connectors; and a common power supply circuit, which is provided inside the housing and capable of supplying common power generated based on the power from the input side power supply line to a plurality of electric circuits including the communication switch circuit.

Electric connection box

A heatsink-less electronic unit includes a metal coreless electronic substrate, a heatsink-less microcomputer and various semiconductor relays. The heatsink-less microcomputer and the various semiconductor relays are mounted on the metal coreless electronic substrate. The heatsink-less microcomputer is arranged on the metal coreless electronic substrate. Among the various semiconductor relays, the one which may reach the highest temperature is separated at a longest distance from a location where the heatsink-less microcomputer is arranged, and the various semiconductor relays are arranged separately from one another.

Heatsink-less electronic unit

An in-vehicle load control system configured to controllably drive one or more loads on a vehicle according to an input signal. The system includes a first electronic control portion configured to perform signal processing based on the input signal, and a second electronic control portion configured to controllably drive the load. A backup signal channel is provided independently of a signal channel through which a signal is transmitted in a multiplex communication portion to input the input signal to the second electronic control portion. The second electronic control portion receives a first control signal via the signal channel in the multiplex communication portion and a second control signal via the backup signal channel, and controllably drives the load by preferentially treating the first control signal when the ignition signal is on and by preferentially treating the second control signal when the ignition signal is off.

In-vehicle load control system

A load drive control device includes a driver that drives a load which is operable by a DC drive and a pulse modulation drive, a protecting section that detects an electric current flowing in the driver, a temperature detecting section that detects a high temperature state of the driver, and a control section that determines whether the load is operated by the DC drive or the pulse modulation drive, based on outputs from the protecting section and the temperature detecting section. The control section switches the driver in the DC drive and measures the electric current flowing in the driver when a temperature equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature is detected during the pulse modulation drive.

Load drive control device and load drive control method

To a self-diagnosis indication system for performing a startup disablement indication when an abnormal condition is self-detected at the time of start up without using on/off signals from a starter switch. There is provided a self-diagnosis indication system for outputting an operation control signal from an ECU by allowing signals from respective types of sensors for detecting an operating condition and a crank pulse signal for detecting a rotation of a crankshaft to enter the ECU and outputting a startup disablement indication signal in a state that an abnormal condition is self-detected at the time of startup, the self-diagnosis indication system being characterized in that a startup disablement indication signal is outputted when a crank pulse signal is inputted in the state that an abnormal condition is self-detected at the time of startup.

Self-diagnosis display unit

An auto-choke control device maintains good startability at the time of restarting at high temperature without need of a thermostat specific for an auto-choke. An engine temperature detection device is drivably controlled by a control circuit in response to the engine temperature. A switching detection circuit detects ON or OFF operation of a main switch connected to the control circuit. A self-hold circuit automatically holds power to the control circuit when the main switch is changed from an ON state to an OFF state.

Autochoke controller

The crimping machine includes a crimper opposed to an anvil for crimping a stripped wire end to a terminal; a vertical rotation shaft axially secured on a base frame; a lower rotating base disc axially engaged with a lower end of the rotation shaft; an upper rotating base disc and a shank each axially slidably engaged with an upper end of the rotation shaft by way of a spline; and a flange formed at an upper end of the shank and engaged with a hook-shaped portion formed at a lower end of the pressing ram. The lower and upper discs have respectively a plurality of fitting channels radially extending from the rotation shaft. Each channel of the upper disc is detachably mounted with the crimper, and each channel of the lower disc is detachably mounted with the anvil. An adjusting dial for adjusting crimp height of the crimper is respectively provided in an outer surface of the shank. In place of the adjusting dial, there may be provided an adjusting disc adjusting crimp height of the crimper and having a plurality of positioning bosses with different vertical thicknesses.
