Prestroke adjustment method for fuel injection valve

A fuel injection device includes a nozzle element, an injection hole forming member, and a valve element. The injection hole forming member includes a seat part having the seat surface, and a suck chamber formed on a front end part of the seat part, the suck chamber being a recess denting in the direction of heading from the seat surface toward a front end part. The suck chamber has a suck chamber injection hole from which a fuel is jetted toward the ignition plug.

Fuel injection device

A fuel injection device includes a nozzle holder; a fixed core; an anchor; and a valve member. The valve member has a plunger rod and a spacer. The plunger rod is provided with a shaft portion, and an engaging portion that engages with the anchor during a valve opening operation. The spacer has an accommodating portion in which the engaging portion is accommodated and forms a predetermined gap between the engaging portion and the anchor when the valve is closed. Fuel injection valve and method for assembling same

For a fuel injection device, a configuration to improve fuel sealability when a valve is closed is provided. In a fuel injection device in which a fuel boundary includes two or more components, two components are press-fitted with an inner diameter and an outer diameter and are brought into contact at a butting surface, abutting welding is performed from a direction nearly parallel to the butting surface, an inner diameter side corner portion of the butting surface of a component to be fitted and press-fitted on an inner diameter side is chamfered longer in a direction perpendicular to the butting surface to increase a welding coupling length than a butting length, welding coupling length is less than welding depth, weld penetration depth is not less than material thickness, and the center of the weld is on a base material side, the outer diameter of which is larger than a joining face.

Flow control device

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drive device that improves the precision of injection quantities by stabilizing the behavior of a valve bodyunder the condition that a valve body reaches a height position lower than a maximum height position and making the injection pulse width and the injection quantity gradient small. Drive device for fuel injection device

Provided is an electromagnetic valve capable of stabilizing an injection amount even when injection is performed while an intermediate member continues to be displaced after valve closing and returns to a closed valve standby state. For that purpose, a valve bodyopens or closes a flow path. A movable iron coremoves the valve bodyin a valve opening direction using a magnetic attraction force. An intermediate memberforms a preliminary stroke gap (g) between the movable iron coreand the valve bodyin a closed valve state. A stopper portioncollides with the intermediate memberwhen the intermediate membermoves in a direction in which the preliminary stroke gap (g) is reduced.

Electromagnetic valve

An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve which has a structure where failure hardly occurs in a valve member and a peripheral member thereof at the time of press-fitting of a fixed core. The present invention provides a fuel injection valve that includes: a valve memberA; an anchorwhich is relatively displaceable with respect to the valve memberA; a fixed corein which a through-holeA is formed; a gap forming memberwhich forms a gap between an engagement portionB on the valve member side and an engagement portionD on the anchor side; and a biasing springwhich biases the gap forming memberin a valve closing direction. The engagement portionsD andB are provided in both the anchorand the valve memberA so as to be engaged with each other when the anchoris displaced in a valve opening direction with respect to the valve memberA, thereby regulating the displacement of the anchorin the valve opening direction. An outer diameter of the gap forming member, an outer diameter of the biasing spring, and a maximum outer diameter of the valve memberA are set to be smaller than an inner diameter of the through-holeA.

Fuel injection valve

A solenoid valve provided with a valve element that abuts against and separates from a valve seat to seal fuel; a movable iron core capable of being separated from the valve element; and a fixed iron core arranged opposed to the movable iron core. The solenoid valve also includes: a first spring member that energizes the valve element toward a side of the valve seat; a second spring member that energizes the movable iron core toward the fixed iron core; and a stopper part disposed on the side of the valve seat with respect to the movable iron core, and arranged with the movable iron core via a gap in a displacement direction in a valve closed state. The gap is set so the movable iron core collides with the stopper part when being displaced in the valve closing direction after the valve element is opened.

Solenoid valve

A fuel injector is provided. A movable iron core is provided relatively displaceable to a valve body. A fixed iron core is opposed to the movable iron core. A first spring member energizes the valve body in a valve closing direction. A second spring member energizes the movable iron core in a valve closing direction. Contact portions are in contact with each other in a case where the movable iron core displaces in a valve opening direction with respect to the valve body. A gap is formed between the contact portions in a valve closing state. In a state in which the movable iron core and the valve body move in different directions after the movable iron core collides with the fixed iron core while a valve is opened, a spring force is not applied between the movable iron core and the valve body.

Fuel injector

A fuel injection valve includes: a valve member; an anchor configured to be relatively displaceable in a valve opening-and-closing direction with respect to the valve member; a fixed core; a first spring biasing the valve member in a valve closing direction; a second spring biasing the anchor in the valve opening direction from an opposite side of the fixed core; and a third spring biasing the anchor in the valve closing direction from the fixed core side and has a biasing force smaller than a biasing force of the first spring and larger than a biasing force of the second spring where engagement portions are provided in both the anchor and the valve member to be engaged with each other when the anchor is displaced in the valve opening direction with respect to the valve member, thereby regulating the displacement of the anchor in the valve opening direction.
