A cap holder () that is attached to the inner surface side of a fuel filling door () in a state of facing an inner surface of the fuel filling door () with an interval in order to hold a cap (K) removed from a fuel tank () and a lock () that locks the fuel filling door () from the outside in a state where the fuel filling door () closes a fuel filling opening () are provided on the fuel filling door (). The lock () has a lock lever (C) that rotationally moves between a locking position where the fuel filing door () maintains a state of closing the fuel filling opening () and an unlocking position where the fuel filling door () allows opening of the fuel filling opening (). This lock lever (C) is configured by a long member a base end of which is rotatably attached to the fuel filling door () and a leading end of which is allowed to enter a gap between the fuel filling door () and the cap holder ().

A floor-plate side opening part (B) through which each lever part () of a traveling lever pedal () is inserted is provided on a front side of a floor plate (). A mat-side opening part (C) corresponding to the floor-plate side opening part (B) is provided on a floor mat (). A cover member () formed of a flat plate part () covering the mat-side opening part (C) and having a slit (A,B) allowing tilting of each lever part () and a cylindrical part () extending from the flat plate part () is provided on the mat-side opening part (C). An entire-circumferential lip part (D) is provided on the mat-side opening partC. An entire-circumferential stepped part () for sealing a space from the entire-circumferential lip part (D) is provided on the flat plate part (). An entire-circumferential engaging protrusion part (C) is provided on the floor-plate side opening part (B), and an entire-circumferential recessed groove () engaged with the entire-circumferential engaging protrusion part (C) is provided on the cylindrical part ().
