An all-solid battery includes: a multilayer structure that includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes, and has a first side face and a second side face adjacent to each other, the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes being alternately stacked with solid electrolyte layers interposed between the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes; a first extraction part exposed on the first side face, the first extraction part being a part of the first electrode; a second extraction part exposed on the second side face, the second extraction part being a part of the second electrode; a first external electrode coupled to the first extraction part on the first side face; and a second external electrode coupled to the second extraction part on the second side face.

An all solid battery includes a multilayer structure in which solid electrolyte layers and internal electrodes are alternately stacked, the plurality of internal electrodes including an electrode active material and a carbon material, the multilayer structure having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the plurality of internal electrodes being alternately exposed to two different faces of the multilayer structure, a first cover layer provided on an upper face of the multilayer structure in a stacking direction, and a second cover layer provided on a lower face of the multilayer structure in the stacking direction. Each thickness of the plurality of internal electrodes is equal to or more than each thickness of the plurality of solid electrolyte layers. Vickers hardness of the plurality of solid electrolyte layers and Vickers hardness of the first and second cover layers are larger than Vickers hardness of the plurality of internal electrodes.

All solid battery and manufacturing method of the same

An all solid battery includes: a solid electrolyte layer including a glass component, a main component of the solid electrolyte layer being phosphoric acid salt-based solid electrolyte; and electrode layers that are provided on both main faces of the solid electrolyte layer, wherein the electrode layers include a carbon material having an average particle diameter of 40 nm or more and 120 nm or less, wherein a DBP oil absorption of the carbon material is 200 mL/100 g or less.

An all solid battery includes a solid electrolyte layer of which a main component is a Li&#x2014;Al-M-PO-based phosphoric acid salt, a first electrode layer that is provided on a first main face of the solid electrolyte layer and includes an active material, and a second electrode layer that is provided on a second main face of the solid electrolyte layer and includes an active material. 'M' is at least one of Ge, Ti, and Zr. A region in which a ratio of MOwith respect to Li&#x2014;Al-M-POis 5% or more is unevenly distributed from a center in a thickness of the solid electrolyte layer to 0.4 A downward and to 0.4 A upward, when the thickness of the solid electrolyte layer is expressed by 'A'.
