A sandwich glass having high ultraviolet ray-absorbing ability is disclosed. This sandwich glass is produced by interposing a thermosetting resin between 2 glass plates to form a monolithic structure and thermosetting the resin layer, which thermosetting resin uses a benzophenone or benzotriazole series compound as an ultraviolet ray-absorbing agent in a thermosetting resin comprising an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an organic peroxide, an acryloxy group-, methacryloxy group- or allyl group-containing compound, a silane coupling agent and an ultraviolet ray-absorbing agent.

A sandwich glass comprises two glass plate and a resin layer interposed therebetween. In this case, the resin layer is produced by adding a hydrocarbon resin and an organic peroxide to ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and thermosetting them.

A method of fitting such an impact-resistsing anti-lacerative laminate to a window frame or an automobile is also disclosed, which comprises removing a fitting portion of a hard coated transparent organic polymer (A) and the multilayer structure intermediate films through peeling while remaining at least one layer of a high breaking strength material layer as one of at least two kinds of the polymers (C) in the multilayer structure intermediate films on a person's side, and fitting the laminate to the window frame or an automobile body with an adhesive sealant by utilizing a thus exposed surface.
