A fuel hose according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a tubular inner rubber layer; a resin layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner rubber layer; and an outer rubber layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of the resin layer, wherein the inner rubber layer includes a rubber material containing the following Components (A), (B) and (C), the outer rubber layer includes a rubber material containing the following Components (A'), (B) and (C&#x2032;), and the resin layer includes a resin material containing the following Component (X) as a main component: (A) acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, (A&#x2032;) blend rubber containing acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and acrylic rubber, (B) a sulfur vulcanizing agent, (C) an amine catalyst to form bonding points, (C&#x2032;) an amine catalyst to form bonding points, which contains 1,5-diazabicyclo(4.3.0)non-5-ene salt (DBN salt), and (X) tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkylvinylether)-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer.

Fuel hose and method for producing the same

Provided is a rubber composition, which is excellent in fuel permeation resistance, and is capable of achieving improvements in low-temperature embrittlement property and solvent crack property. The rubber composition includes: a fluororubber having a fluorine concentration content of 70 to 71 wt % as a main component; a crosslink-type agent; and the following components (A) and (B), in which: the total content [(A)+(B)] of the above-mentioned components (A) and (B) falls within the range of 17 to 25 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the above-mentioned fluororubber; and a weight ratio (A)/(B) of the content of the above-mentioned component (A) to the content of the above-mentioned component (B) falls within the range of 2.0/1 to 3.0/1: (A) barium sulfate; and (B) a neutral silica.

A heat resistant air hose which is excellent in oil-bleeding resistance and causes reduced vibration noise is provided. The heat resistant air hose has an inner layer formed of an inner layer material comprising silicone rubber as a major component thereof; and an outer layer provided on an outer periphery of the inner layer and formed of an outer layer material comprising acrylic rubber as a major component thereof, and the acrylic rubber contains not less than 50 wt % of ethyl acrylate and has a dissipation factor (tan &#x3b4;) of not less than 0.09 at 150 &#xb0; C. and a storage elastic modulus (E') of not less than 7.0 MPa.

An acrylic rubber composition in which the base material is an acrylic rubber comprising monomer units of ethyl acrylate, n-butyl acrylate, and cure site monomer, with a ratio (B/A) of the amount of n-butyl acrylate (B) with respect to ethyl acrylate (A) of 1.0 or less by weight. A heat-resistant hose having a layer of this acrylic rubber composition as the innermost layer. The above constitution of the invention provides the acrylic rubber composition effective for preventing aluminum fixing while retaining the material properties of acrylic rubber and its excellent characteristics. The present invention also provides a heat-resistant hose using this acrylic rubber composition at the surface which is to be fitted with an aluminum member.
