A heat exchanger is provided with a header that has a body section formed in a cylindrical shape and a divider that divides an internal space in the body section. In a state in which the body section and the divider are combined with each other, plate distal end portions of a pair of side plate portions of the divider do not protrude from a pair of respective insertion portions of the body section toward an outside of the body section. The plate distal end portions are deformed in such a state that walls of the plate distal end portions are spread out such that end faces of the plate distal end portions each form a V-shaped groove, and are in engagement with inner walls of the pair of respective insertion portions inside through holes defined by the pair of respective insertion portions.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger has: a heat transfer tube group made up of plural heat transfer tubes each of which has, inside the heat transfer tube, a flow passage through which refrigerant flows; a fin provided on the heat transfer tubes; and a bridging header into which end portions of the heat transfer tubes are inserted and that causes refrigerant to flow between the heat transfer tubes. The bridging header has a base having a flat plate shape. The bridging header also has a corrugated sheet forming, between the corrugated sheet and the base, a header flow passage, through which refrigerant flows. The bridging header also has a covering plate covering the corrugated sheet and pressing the corrugated sheet toward the base.

A power conversion device includes a transformer, a plurality of converter cells, and a control circuit that controls semiconductor switching elements in each of the converter cells to be turned on and off. The transformer includes: a primary winding group being connected in multiple phases to an AC power supply including multiple phases; and a plurality of secondary winding groups. Each secondary winding group includes, in each of the multiple phases, secondary windings each formed of a single-phase open winding. Each converter cell converts a single-phase AC voltage between AC nodes connected to the respective secondary windings into a DC voltage by control of the semiconductor switching elements to be turned on and off, and outputs the converted DC voltage between a pair of DC nodes.
