An elevator device that can continuously evacuate any evacuee left in a building by using an elevator. The elevator device includes a control device configured to maintain an evacuation operation mode corresponding to a rescue floor concerned when a car operation instructing device is operated on the rescue floor concerned before a predetermined time passes from when the car stops at the rescue floor concerned during the evacuation operation mode corresponding to the rescue floor concerned, and release the evacuation operation mode corresponding to the rescue floor concerned when the car operation instructing device is not operated on the rescue floor concerned before the predetermined time passes from when the car stops at the rescue floor concerned during the evacuation operation mode corresponding to the rescue floor concerned.

Elevator device

In an elevator control device that transfers an elevator to pause operation when predetermined pause conditions are met, the elevator operation can be changed over properly according to the call cutoff state without decreasing the building security. This control device includes a pause operation selecting means and a car call cutoff means. The pause operation selecting means stops a car at a predetermined pause floor, closes a door after door opening motion, and pauses the elevator by selecting pause operation if predetermined pause conditions are met. The car call cutoff means prohibits a car call from being registered from a car call button in the car by cutting off the car call. The configuration is made such that when the car call to the pause floor has been cut off by the car call cutoff means, even if the predetermined pause conditions are met, the elevator is not transferred to pause operation.

Elevator control device

An emergency power operation apparatus of an elevator that operate machines in a firefighter operation according to the situation in a case where a power failure occurs during firefighter operations during a fire and a switchover to an emergency power source occurs. A group-management controller causes machines not in firefighter operation to preferentially return to an evacuation floor or a rescue floor when a power failure occurs during firefighter operations during a fire and then makes machines in firefighter operation operational. In a case where there are multiple machines in firefighter operation after all machines not in firefighter operation have finished returning to an evacuation floor or a rescue floor, if there is a machine at a standstill outside a door zone among the machines in firefighter operation, the group-management controller causes that machine at a standstill outside the door zone to preferentially become operational.
