A laminate produced by laminating a plurality of materials having different linear expansion coefficients via an adhesive agent and is less liable to warp after the adhesive agent is heat-cured. The laminate has a structure including a first material, an adhesive agent layer, and a second material. The first material and the second material have different linear expansion coefficients, and the adhesive agent layer contains an adhesive agent having a warpage reduction index of not less than 30 as calculated from the following expression (1):Warpage reduction index=100−()×100  (1).

An image forming method according to an aspect of the present invention includes supplying a water based ink to an inkjet head at a flow rate of 5 mL/min or more and 120 mL/min or less, and ejecting the supplied water based ink from a nozzle of the inkjet head. The water based ink contains a colorant and a water-insoluble resin having a glass transition temperature of 40° C. or higher and 100° C. or lower.

An ink jet recording apparatus contains a conveyer which conveys a recording medium, the conveyer having conveyance members on which the recording medium is mounted; a recorder which jets ink onto the recording medium being conveyed; and a fixer which fixes the ink landed on the recording medium. Ink sets and ink-jet recording method

Purpose is to provide an inkjet recording method for forming high-quality color image on a thick recording medium having low thermal conductance rate. The present invention is a single-pass inkjet recording method using an ink set including at least two active ray-curing color inks, and a recording medium having thermal conductivity of less than 0.10 W/(m&#xb7;K) and thickness of 0.4 mm or more. The ink set containing two color inks satisfy only condition (a), and the ink set containing three or more color inks satisfy conditions (a) and (b): (a) most downstream color ink has a gelation temperature which is 3.0&#xb0; C. to 15.0&#xb0; C. higher than that of most upstream color ink, and (b) second or subsequent color ink from the most upstream position in conveyance direction has a gelation temperature which is the same as or higher than that of an adjacent color ink at the upstream position.

A device is provided with a potential noise radiating source capable of radiating potential noise, a potential noise receiving portion capable of receiving the potential noise and an electromagnetic interference suppression body. The electromagnetic interference suppression body is made by binding flaky soft magnetic metal powder with a binding component and has a sheet-like shape. The electromagnetic interference suppression body is formed with a plurality of slits. The electromagnetic interference suppression body is provided to straddle the potential noise radiating source and the potential noise receiving portion.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an active ray-curable inkjet ink capable of further enhancing gloss uniformity, surface curability, and scratch resistance of a formed image. The purpose is achieved by an active ray-curable inkjet ink containing a polymerization initiator, a photopolymerizable compound, and a gelling agent, and that undergoes a reversible sol-gel phase transition by temperature change. The inkjet ink contains a polymerization initiator with a molecular weight of 360 or more, and a polyfunctional photopolymerizable compound. The inkjet ink contains 3.0 mass % or more and less than 8.0 mass % of the polymerization initiator with a molecular weight of 360 or more, 1.0 mass % or more and less than 5.0 mass % of the gelling agent, less than 0.1 mass % of the initiator with a molecular weight of 360 or more, and less than 5.0 mass % of the monofunctional photopolymerizable compound.

Inkjet ink and image-forming method

The present invention addresses the problem of providing an ink-jet recording method with which it is possible to sufficiently remove air bubbles contained in an actinic-ray-curable ink-jet ink and to heighten the delivery stability and curability of the ink. The ink-jet recording method employs an actinic-ray-curable ink-jet ink which comprises a colorant, a photopolymerization initiator, and a photopolymerizable compound. The ink-jet recording method comprises: a step in which the ink-jet ink is introduced into a depressurized space within an ink-jet recorder and deaerated at an ink temperature which is 50&#xb0; C. or higher but lower than 120&#xb0; C.; a step in which droplets of the deaerated ink-jet ink are ejected from the recording head and delivered to a recording medium; and a step in which the ink droplets delivered to the recording medium are irradiated with actinic rays to cure the ink droplets.

Ink-jet recording method

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inkjet ink degassing method that can sufficiently remove bubbles contained in active ray curable inkjet ink and improve dispensing stability and curability. The inkjet ink degassing method according to the present invention comprises a step of using hollow fibers to degas active ray curable inkjet ink that has been heated to between 60&#xb0; C. and 120&#xb0; C. and contains a colorant, a photopolymerizable compound, and a photoinitiator.

Inkjet ink degassing method, inkjet recording method, and recording apparatus

Disclosed herein are an active energy ray-curable ink-jet ink that is excellent in ejection stability and does not undergo a local thermal polymerization reaction, and an image forming method using the same. The active energy ray-curable ink-jet ink is an actinic radiation-curable ink-jet ink that undergoes temperature-dependent reversible sol-gel phase transition, comprising a photopolymerizable compound, a photoinitiator, and a gelling agent, wherein the photopolymerizable compound comprises one or more combinations of: a compound A that has n (n is an integer of 2 or more) (meth)acrylate ester units, is represented by the following formula, and has a molecular weight in a range of 280 to 1500; and a compound B that has n&#x2212;1 (meth)acrylate ester units and a hydroxyl group, is represented by the following formula, and has a molecular weight in a range of 280 to 1500, (wherein n is an integer of 2 or more, R is an n-valent branched or unbranched linear or cyclic hydrocarbon group that optionally contains an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom, and n and R in both the compounds A and B are the same integer and the same structure, respectively), in at least one of the combinations of the compound A and the compound B, an amount of the compound B contained is 5 to 15 mass % of a total mass of the compound A as a counterpart of the compound B, an amount of the gelling agent contained is 0.5 to 7.0 mass % of a total mass of the ink, and a gelling temperature of the ink is 50&#xb0; C. or more.

Actinic radiation-curable ink-jet ink and image formation method

Provided is an actinic radiation-curable inkjet ink that undergoes sol-gel phase transfer and contains a dye, a gelling agent, a photopolymerization compound and a photopolymerization initiator. The actinic radiation-curable inkjet ink includes a photopolymerizable compound A, which is a (meth)acrylate having hydroxyl groups; a photopolymerizable compound B, which is a (meth)acrylate compound having a molecular weight within a range of 300 to 1,500 and an intramolecular structure (&#x2014;CH&#x2014;CH&#x2014;O&#x2014;)(where m is an integer between 3 and 14); and a (meth)acrylate compound C, which has a molecular weight within a range of 280 to 1,500 and a C log P value within a range of 4 to 7. The ink contains, in terms of the mass of the entire ink, 1 to 15 mass % of photopolymerizable compound A, 30 to 70 mass % of photopolymerizable compound B, 10 to 40 mass % of photopolymerizable compound C, and 2 to 10 mass % of gelling agent.

Actinic radiation-curable inkjet ink and image forming method using same

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an actinic ray curable inkjet ink which, in an inkjet printing method, is capable of having both high pinning characteristics and high ejection characteristics. In order to achieve the above purpose, this actinic ray curable inkjet ink includes an actinic ray curable compound, ketone wax, and ester wax, and reversibly goes through a sol-gel phase transition depending on the temperature.

Actinic ray curable inkjet ink and image recording method using same

An image-forming method that comprises: a process of discharging a radiation-curable inkjet ink, which contains a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a gelling agent and which undergoes a phase transition depending on the temperature, on a recording medium; and a process of curing the radiation-curable inkjet ink discharged on the recording medium by irradiating active radiation thereon. The method performs the irradiation with the active radiation so that the maximum illuminance at the surface of the recording medium is 2-5 W/cmand in the distribution of illuminance in the irradiated region at the surface of the recording medium in the direction of recording medium conveyance, the half-width of the illuminance is 20 mm or more. Using said image-forming method, productivity is high and images with excellent gloss homogeneity, surface curability and abrasion properties can be formed.
