When the sensor detects the occurrence of the abnormality, an abnormality occurrence signal is transmitted from the dwelling room master device to the management master device, and the dwelling room master device and the management master device emit emergency alarms. The management master device includes a display section and a display control section. The display control section displays an alarm stop button to stop an emission operation on the display section when the abnormality occurrence signal is received and the emission is started. When the alarm stop button is operated, the display control section subsequently displays an emission source call button to call the dwelling room master device as a transmission source of the abnormality occurrence signal.

A multiple dwelling house interphone system includes a collective entrance machine, a dwelling room master device, and a management master device. The management master device is installed in a manager room to speak with the visitor or the dweller. A vehicular power transmitting system including an oil pump constructed to sufficiently reduce a required drive torque. A high-pressure-port discharge amount of first and second high-pressure passages of the oil pump is determined such that an amount of consumption of working oil of relatively high pressure can be afforded only by the high-pressure-port discharge amount, during steady-state running of a vehicle in which engine speed is not lower than a predetermined threshold value corresponding to a predetermined lowest target input shaft speed of a continuously variable transmission for its shifting control. The pressure of the working oil discharged from first and second low-pressure discharge passages is kept at a predetermined low level, and the required drive torque of the oil pump is sufficiently reduced.

The lubrication monitoring device comprises: a pair of electrodes disposed in the proximity of the nozzle orifice; a capacitance detecting portion for detecting the variation of capacitance between the pair of electrodes, the capacitance varying in conjunction with the varying amount of oil fed from the nozzle orifice to space between the pair of electrodes; and a determination portion for determining whether the oil droplet is fed at the predetermined time interval or not, the determination made based on the detection result supplied from the capacitance detecting portion.
