A brassiere according to one embodiment of the present invention has cup parts, a base part, wings, lower edge portions each of which extends along a lower edge of the cup part in a boundary between the cup part and the base part, and side press parts each of which is located in a side lower part of the cup part on the back side of the cup part, has a non-stretchable or poorly-stretchable characteristic, and presses a breast side area; the side press part is superimposed on a side portion of the lower edge portion on the back side of the lower edge portion, is supported by any one of a lower area of a side edge of the cup part, a side area of a lower edge of the cup part, a side edge of the base part, and a side area of a lower edge of the base part, and is substantially not supported except in the supported portion.

Clothing article having cup parts

A brassiere according to one embodiment of the present invention is a clothing article having cup parts for covering the breasts, the clothing article having cup hollow parts each of which is provided along a lower edge of the cup part and has a curved shape, the lower edge portion necessitating a small tensile strength for expanding a space between a front center extremity and a side extremity of the curved shape against a retaining force of the lower edge portion of the curved shape; and expansion suppressing parts each of which extends from a front center end to a side end of the lower edge portion along a shape of the cup part in a lower part of the cup part, has a non-stretchable or poorly-stretchable characteristic, and suppresses expansion of the space between the front center extremity and the side extremity of the lower edge portion.

A knitted fabric includes: a first knitted fabric region and a second knitted fabric region. The first region and the second region have different elongations from each other. The knitted fabric further includes buffer regions. The buffer regions are provided in at least one of the first region and the second region so as to be in contact with the first region and the second region. The buffer regions each have an elongation set so that, as the buffer region extends toward either one of the first region and the second region, the difference between the elongation of the buffer region and the elongation of the first region or the second region toward which the buffer region extends is reduced gradually. Between the first region and the second region, there is no boundary line that is substantially parallel to the course direction of the knitted fabric.

Garment having cup part

Provided is a women's garment with cup parts which make bust top positions look higher, while enabling breasts to appear larger in volume. A women's garment with cup parts has a pair of cup parts, each cup part having a first shaping region for covering a nipple and pressing a breast at the time of putting the cup part on the breast and a second shaping region, located lower than the first shaping region, for pressing the breast, the second shaping region having a volume larger than that of the first shaping region, the cup part having a top on a front face side residing within the first shaping region when seen from the front face side. While the second shaping region pushes the breast up, the first shaping region further presses the pushed-up breast, so the bust top positions look higher, while the breasts appear larger in volume.

A cup-possessing garmentaccording to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a pair of cup sectionsfor covering respective breasts and a pair of gathering sectionsprovided so as to cover at least a part of a front face of each cup sectionin order to gather the pair of cup sections toward the front center, and each of the pair of gathering sectionsis composed of a first portionattached to a side portion of the cup section, and a second portionformed with higher elasticity than the first portionand formed in such a manner that ends of the second portions on the front center side join together in order to connect the first portionsto each other on the front center side.
